COMPREHENSIVE REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT AND DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE OF HIGH MAST SECURITY LIGHTS/ STREET LIGHTS, JUNCTION BOXES, UG CABLE INCLUDING CONNECTED E/M ITEMS AT WEST OF MALL ROAD EXCEPT MAP UNDER GE (EAST) JALANDHAR CANTT

M & L to check condition of street light serviceble and Unserviceable street light and submit report as per Annexure 1 of particular specification unit area /MD Accn(minimum 03 Units/Md Accn per day) detailed day by day to the JE E/M and Engr in charge in sign of Unit /RWA NCO and Quarter master for check and better supervision of area in WEST of mall road except MAP Accn. complete all as specified and as directed.Note:Contractor will deploy one elecrician for this item only from 09:00 hr 17:00 Hr or check area.500/-Recovery will be float from RAR per day for non submission of report. Police verification of deployed electrician will be submitted by the contractor.

Repair/ rectification of street/ security lights/ perimeter lights/ flood lights any type, any make and any capacity against complaints received through telephone or at complaint cell or by person detailed to check the lights are serviceable/un serviceable in respect of BOQ Item no.1 to make the security/ street lights in serviceable & functional condition as intimated by JE in-charge by rectification/ trace out the fault which includes disconnecting connection wire, removing/ taking down of street/ security light fitting from wall/ bldg/ plinth/ LT/ steel tubular/ swan neck poles/ octagonal poles upto 11 mtr height from ground level or any other location, bring to MES workshop, opening the screws, step opening, diagnosing the fault, connection wire or any other part in presence of JE (E/M) or deptt rep etc, cleaning of light fitting/ glass/ acrylic cover, re-assembling, testing for functioning, shifting back to site and re-fixing on GI pipe bracket/ wall/ pole after repair, making necessary connections or tightening of loose connection on ACSR conductor/ in bar chamber/ in DB, including any type of repair in timer, switch box as required to make the light fitting functional. The replacement of parts i.e. driver, SPD, LED lamp, LED panel, MCB contactor, or any other part if required shall be measured and paid separately as S&F under relevant item of BOQ.

Ditto all as per item No 2 above, but for 12.5 Mtr high mast lights/16 Mtr height mast light incl bringing down of high mast light bracket down to ground level by suitable means motor/manual,(as available at site) dismantling/repair the lights after replacement of parts, assembling/ re- fixing the lights and taking up the light bracket complete with the help of motor or any type of manual labour work incl any disconnection/ connection of of cables involved. Note: 1. The taking down of high mast light down, repair of one or more lights and taking up and fixing the bracket on top at one time will be measured as one unit for payment. 2. In case, lamp carriage cant't be taken/moved down due to problem in up/down movement mechanism, Contractor have to arrange suitable Hydra or any other arrangement to repair lights. Nothing extra shall be payable on this account. 3. The quoted rate includes cost of cutting/ pruning of shrub around high mast for easy repair of High Mast.

S & F LED street light fitting 45 watts,made up of pressure die-cast aluminium housing with toughened glass lens with mandatory secondary optics lenses, with SS screws, IP-66, luminaire efficacy 110Lm/W min, overall 4500 lumens min, CCT 5700K ANSI, CRI>80, THD<10%, PF >0.95, LED source : Hi power LED 3 to 5W, having external potted Constant Current driver moisture resistant with internal surge protection 4KV having under voltage, over voltage, phase to phase protection and short circuit protection and auto recovery mode, operating range 150 V to 270 V AC at 50Hz, Auto Cut off >300 V and with separate external Surge protection device 10 KV, suitable for fitting on 40 mm dia bore pipe bracket including making connections with PVC insulated 3 core copper conductor cable 0.75 Sqmm min of suitable length complete all as specified. Note - The contractor shall ensure the light fitting dia should be suitable for 40 mm dia bore pipe. contractor shall quote his rate accordiangly.Bore of street light should be split type.

S & F LED street light fitting 60 watts,made up of pressure die-cast aluminium housing with toughened glass/PC embedded lens with Pressure Die Cast Aluminium Housing with mandatory secondary optics lenses, with SS screws, IP-66, luminaire efficacy more than 100 Lm/W min, CCT 5700K ANSI, CRI>80, THD<10%, PF >0.95, LED source : Hi power LED 3 to 5W, having external potted Constant Current driver moisture resistant (installed in separate independent compartment) with internal surge protection 4KV having under voltage, over voltage, phase to phase protection and short circuit protection and auto recovery mode, operating range 150 V to 270 V AC at 50Hz, Auto Cut off >300 V and with separate external Surge protection device 10 KV suitable for fitting on 40 mm dia bore pipe bracket including making connections with PVC insulated 3 core copper conductor cable 0.75 Sqmm min of suitable length complete all as specified.
