Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mmx450mmx 7mm thick as in dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and grouted in white cement complete as on vertical surfaces over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded brick coarse aggregate as in sunken floor filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Water proofing treatment to sunken portion and adjoining walls of kitchen, WC, Bath & Toilet, etc, as follows, complete all as specified & directed :- (a) 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WP compound as per manufacturer's instructions shall be provided on sunken portion after roughening of surfaces. (b) Apply cement slurry to the surface @ 0.488 kg /Sqm of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/Sqm and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (c) Apply another layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 kg/Sq. m of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sq. m and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (d) Pond curing of sunken portion for minimum of 48 hours. (e) Paste one layer of 3mm thick APP membrance with bitumen by torch application to the the treated sunkensurface. (f) Joints/ traps /WC /soil pipes shall be properly sealed with approved sealing compound.

PCC 1:2:4 type C-1 (20 mm graded stone aggs) as in roof padding, roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges, complete finished even and fair to received further roof treatment complete all as specified and directed.

3mm thick Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6kg/sqm and reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/sqm) laid over a coat of bitumen primer @0.40L/Sqm by same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/L at 25° C temperature and viscosity 70 to 160 CPS, over primer coat bonding material of blown bitumen 85/25 grade heated to working temperature of 180° C applied @1.2Kg/Sqm. The membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface as per standard practice and as per manufacturer instructions, including taking down old tar felt complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft and loose soil all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and exceeding 1.50m deep but not exceeding 4.50m deep for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil and rate also deemed to be included for timbering as planking and strutting for excavations in trenches in soil, including wales, struts, open poling boards, etc. as may be necessary and fixing and removal all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil all as specified.

Removal excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Reinforced cement concrete , 1:2:4 (nominal mix,type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, coping, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses, all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter , all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts of RCC/wood/steel any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, (posts embedded in concrete or in hard core) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantlng fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed

Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line of wire to be measured) as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of n.exc 4.00 mm dia galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Fixing included under item No 127 here-in-before. (ii) Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be measured at site, certified and signed by Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor in MB.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each in hard and dense soil, n.exc 0.50 cu m getting out and removing surplus spoil at a distance not exc 50 metre and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work as in iron post / posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250)quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal exc 5cm but n.xc 10cm long, diameter of shank 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length fixed in chain link fencing complete all as specified.

Two coats of synthetic enameled paint on steel and iron surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer on primer on surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring on & including hard wood battens, surface conduit and board/blocks etc or through conduits for light , socket or power point ,fan point complete incl fitting such as switches ,sockets, ceiling rose , holder socket, light fitting, regulators and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor , ceiling etc and removing materials (other than those for which credit has been given by the contractor) to the MES stores yard for keeping in safe custody complete all as specified and directed.
