ELECTRICAL WORK restoration of borewell

Replacement of 2.0 HP Submersible pump set having flow rate 6 to 12 M3/Hour size suitable for 100 mm dia bore well opration on 3 ph 415 AC supply I/c connection etc complete as required.

Lifting the existing submersible motor and pump set from 120 feet deep bore well with the help of tripod and chain pully arrangement with delevery line.

Replacement of damaged/ worn out nut bolts , packing etc of suitable size with joints/ Flanges in 40 mm dilevery pipe line for existing submersible pump etc.

Surging of existing submersible borewell with the help of machine and tools etc complete as required.

Lowering of submesible pump and 40 mm pipe into 120 feet bore well with the help of tripod and chain pulley arrangement i/c refixing the dismantle pipe etc complete as required.

Making water proof joint between 3 x 1.55 sqmm PV C insulated copper conductor submersible flat cable of 1.1 kv grade of pump motor or AC Supply ic testing the cable etc complete.

Replacement of submersible pump controler suitble for opration of 2.00 HP 3 Ph submersible pump set housing in encloser, having reley in between 20 to 25 amp with ammeter and volt meter

Replacement of damaged/ worn out insulated GI Sefty wire of suitable size for holding/ lowering 2 HP Submersible pump in 120 feet deep bore well etc complete as required.

Replacement of PVC insulated copper conductor ISI Marked round/ flat cable of 1.1 KV Grade in existing surface/ pipe etc complete as required 3x1.5 sqmm submersible flat cable

Replacement of PVC insulated copper conductor ISI Marked round/ flat cable of 1.1 KV Grade in existing surface/ pipe etc complete as required 3x2.5 sqmm round flexible wire

Constructing brick masonry chamber for underground C.I. inspection chamber and bends with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover with frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg), R.C.C. top slab with 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (Zone III) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed concrete etc. complete as per standard design: Inside dimensions 455x610 mm and 45 cm deep for single pipe line : With common burnt clay F.P.S.
