RequiredI. Insurance Surety Bond/ Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR/ Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank against EMD.

RequiredII. Copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (including NIT issuing EE).

RequiredvIII. Enlistment order of the CPWD contractors in appropriate class in composite category.

RequiredIV. GST Registration Certificate if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload following under taking along with bid documents. Certificate of ESIC and EPFO registration, If the tenderer does not have ESIC and EPFO Registration then he have to upload an undertaking that, he has not employed/ deployed 20 or more labours in any day in the preceding one year for registration with EPFO and 10 or more labour in any day in the preceding 1 year for registration with ESIC and he will be get registered with ESIC and EPFO, if applicable before starting of the work otherwise appropriate action may be taken against him such as d

The bidder does upload compulsory ERP training certificate from any CPWD Regional Training Institute (RTIs) and Training arranged by Graduates of ERP Train the Trainers Programme conducted by NCA, Ghaziabad or through any other special training arranged by ERP unit of CPWD.
