PROVISION OF SPILT AIR CONDITIONER AGAINST BER AT ICGS TUTICORIN UNDER GE (I) CG CHENNAI

Supply, install, test & commissioning of 1.5 TR Capacity Wall mounted Split Air conditioners, BEE 5 star rated fitted with hermitically sealed compressor operating on 220±10%,50Hz single phase AC supply with evaporator and condensing unit made of copper tubes with aluminium fins, cordless remote control, copper piping for both suction and discharge of three meters length with protection covering for piping of suitable size of medium PVC pipe, power and control cabling as per site requirement, out door unit fitted with MS brackets duly powder coatedof of standard size including single booster etc., including taking down BER ACs and out door units up to 1.5 TR capacity and along with all accessories like copper tupes etc., handover to MES store complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Contractor shall submit 5 Years warranty for Indoor unit, PCB, 10 Years warranty for compressor and 3 years warranty for Voltage stabilizer issued by the manufacturer / OEM to the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only voltage stabilizer digital, single phase designed for input varaition of 130v-280v with output voltage stabilised at 230V with accuracy +/- 2.5% and of capacity sutiable for 1.5 Ton air conditioner complete all as specified and as specified and as directed.

Taking down old/ perished sub main wiring of any size aluminium condutor cable along with TW batten/ PVC condit and making good the disturbed surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour sub main with two run of 2.5Sqmm PVC insulated FR copper conductor cable in exisiting PVC/steel conduit along with one run 2.5Sqmm FR copper cable for earth continuity conductor as earth lead for sub main wiring and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed.
