Operation and Maintenance of Sewerage system including Desilting attending day to day complaints, replacement of manhole covers and frames manhole slabs O and M of Sewerage disposal, any type of machinery i.e super sucker machine, jetting machine, bucket machine etc. in Ward No 32 under the jurisdiction of EE V MCG (For a Period of 12 Months)

• Operation & Maintenance of Sewerage system including Desilting, attending day to day complaints, replacement of manhole covers & frames, manhole slabs, O&M of Sewerage disposal, any type of machinery i.e., super sucker machine, jetting machine, bucket machine, etc. The rates quoted by the agency will be inclusive of all taxes. • The maintenance job will include the work of cleaning, desilting of RCC & SW sewer line of all sizes from 200mm & upto 900mm and manholes by machine/ mechanically i.e., operating of roding machine to sort out the day to day complaints/ grievance. Any temporary/ occasional pumping will be done if required on sewer line in order to maintain the smooth running and operation of sewerage system. The contractor shall provide and execute it at his own expenses and sources including establishment. • The work will include providing Super Sucker machine & Jetting machines & Suction tankers with driver, helper, sewermen, diesel and all consumable. • The contractor will ensure free fall of sewer in the collecting tanks of all the disposals at all the times and zero silt level shall be maintained. • The contractor will operate & maintain sewerage disposals falling in the ward. • The work will include providing & fixing of manhole cover of required size of quality EHD-35 job in regards to proper placement/ fixing of manhole cover on each and every manhole and no manhole cover should remain open without manhole cover. • The work will include providing & construction of manhole slab, construction of damaged manhole, repair/ replacement of damaged sewer line upto 20mtrs at one location. • The contractor shall provide all safety equipments/ consumable items like goggles, gum boots, masks, gloves, safety belts, Oxygen Cylinder, torch, bamboos, sutli, rassa, soap, mustered oil, kassi, chain pulley, bucket, etc as per requirement at site. • The contractor will keep proper watch & ward and will be fully responsible with regards to dislocation/ misplacement/ damage and unauthorized use of manhole complete in all respect. • The contractor will adhere to provisions of The Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013 and all the guidelines/ orders of National Green Tribunal and other courts. For 12 months (Approx lenth 101.73 Km)
