Earth work excavation for foundation in all clauses of soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and boiling out water whenever necessary et complete complying with standard specification

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix ( one cement four sand and eight aggregate)using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc., complete complying with standard specfication

Refilling the basement with excavated earth over than sand complying the standard specification

Collection and supply of sand and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per standard.

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand )using new II class bricks including curing,finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supply and errectting shuttering including necessary support for plane surface in foundation basement and roof slabs strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surface for floors the RCC coloumn.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1: 1/2 :3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering,shuttering, and ost of reinforcement grill ,out including curing etc complete and also including fixing fan clamps and ixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Ceiling plastering with cement mortar 1:3 -10mm thick including cost and conveyence of all materials to site and labour charges

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix( one cement and five sand ) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete complying with standard specifications.

PCC 1: 2: 4, mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering,shuttering, and ost of reinforcement grill ,out including curing etc complete and also including fixing fan clamps and ixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Exterior Emulsion Painting two coats with approved quality of colour paint over one coat of base coat including cost of materials and labour charges etc.
