Design, engineering, fabrication, assembly at shop, inspection, shop painting (primer + finish coat), testing at manufacturer's work, packing, supply,storage at work site, assembly at work site, installation, testing, site painting, pre-commissioning, commissioning of following Step reversible Escalators (outdoor)conforming to IS:4591 (latest) having capacity of 6000 passengers per hour at an operating speed of 30 linear meter per minute (0.5 meter per second), having step width not less than 1000mm between interior panel, complete with drive mechanism, emergency push Buttons at upper, intermediate and lower newel post, overspeed governor, combplate at both the landings, solid balustrading along with moving handrails, machine room for housing machines of escalator, all operating & safety devices complete as required for operation on 415 V ± 10%, 3 phase, 50 Hz Ac supply including supply of all commissioning spares, special tools and tackles, erection material, first fill of oils, lubricants, consumables etc., training to client's personel at site, drawings and documentation as per the enclosed scope of work, job specifications and other codes and standards attached or referred.

Escalator No. 8,9 & 10 from Level-1A to Level -3 with total travel rise of 9.0 meters, Angle of inclination 30⁰

All Inclusive Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AICMC) for 06 nos. passenger Lifts (Lift no. 10,11,12,13,14 & 15) and 08 nos. Escalators (Escalator No. 2A, 2B, 5,6,7,8,9 & 10) as provided under the main contract including trouble shooting, preventive & breakdown maintenance, man-trap rescue services, spares etc. as per enclosed scope of work, job specifications and other documents attached or reffered. Note :Rate not to be Quoted by Bidder (The AICMC cost will be determined on the basis of pre-fixed percentage for Item No 3.03 to 3.07)

2nd Year after DLP ( yearly 7 % cumulative enchancement on first year cost shall be applicable for Second year)

3rd Year after DLP ( yearly 7 % cumulative enchancement on second year cost shall be applicable for Third year)

4th Year after DLP ( yearly 7% cumulative enchancement on third year cost shall be applicable for Fourth year)

5th Year after DLP ( yearly 7% cumulative enchancement on Fourth year cost shall be applicable for Fifth year)
