Material and labour for Cleaning of settling chamber (Secondary clarifier) of size 1200 X 800 X 1000 mm as described including dewatering, removal of settled sludge, grit,slit and other deposit from the chamber,manual/mechanical cleaning of wall, floor,outlet, collection, loading, transportation and disposal of sludge outside MoD land in a closed container as per State Pollution Control Board Norms,washing of the chamber with clean water including all labour, tools as directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for Cleaning and painting of Equalization tank of size 7100 X 7100 X 2500 mm as described including dewatering, removal of settled sludge, grit,slit and other deposit, cleaning of tank floor, wall, inlet and outlet channels, washing and drying of surface,surface prparation by wire scraping to remove rust, old paint and application of one coat of epoxy primer followed by two coats of chemical resistant epoxy paint on all internal RCC walls, floor, MS surfaces,ladders,pipe supports and other steel components,collection , loading, transportation and disposal of removed sludge outside MoD land in a closed container as per State Pollution Control Board Normsincluding all labour, tools as directed by Engr-in-charge

Material and labour for Cleaning and painting of MBBR tank of size 2500 X2500 X 5000 mm as described including isolation and dewatering of the tank, removal of MBBR media and storage, removal of settled sludge, biofilm deposits and settled solids, cleaning of tank floor, walls, aeration grid,screens,inlet and outlet arrangements,washing with clean water and refiling up with new fiter media in layers all as per maufactures/reommendations/exsiting including testing and commissioning etc. (Media will be paid seperately under particular schedule of BOQ), surface preparation of exposed MS structures by scrapping apllication of one coat of epoxy primer followed by two coats of chemical resistant epoxy paint on all all internal RCC walls, floor, MS surfaces,ladders,pipe supports and other steel components,collection , loading, transportation and disposal of removed sludge outside MoD land in a closed container as per State Pollution Control Board Norms, including all labour, tools as directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for cleaning raw sewage sump collection chamber from sludge drying beds of size 4800X 4800 X 1200 mm (04 Nos) and sludge holding tank of size 3400 X 3400 X 2000 mm (01 Nos) from ground level in RCC construction. including removal of dry sludges,weeds and debris,cleaning of drainage channels and outlet pipes ,Removing and depositing of slit and sludge depositing away outside MoD land in a closed container as per State Pollution Control Board Norms , the tank cleaning entire internal surface of tank with bleaching powder and flushing with water all as specified and marking dt of cleaning with enamelled paints as directed NOTE (a) The rate deemed to be inclusive of T&P and transportation required for disposal of sludge/dirt away from the site. (b) The cleaning of tank shall be performed as directed by Engr-in-Charge
