M&L for servicing of air curtain of any capacity any type, cleanning of dirt & dust suitable pressure of air, greasing of motor hub, lubricating the bearing, tightening of loose nut-bolt, making down undesirable nosie, removing old paint surfaces and duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete in all aspect all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding air curtain motor of single phase any type any capcity by dismantling the electric supply, removing the burnt copper winding and rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled superior quality of copper wire, varnishing, heating, replacment of both ball bearing, reassembling the same and testing complete in all aspect all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in replacement blower drum of air curtain, existing capacity and model complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement bearing of air curtain, existing capacity and model complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement PVC flap of air curtain, existing capacity and model complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement motor housing of air curtain, existing capacity and model complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for shifting of air curtain by disconnecting electric connection and taking down by loose nut bolt after that necessary transporation done by contractor then fixing of air curtain with suitable fastner including eletric connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and charging R-22 refrigerant gas, including and after carrying out the pressure test with nitrogen and rectify the leakage in summer appliances all as specified and as directed.

Supply and charging R-134A refrigerant gas, including and after carrying out the pressure test with nitrogen and rectify the leakage in summer appliances all as specified and as directed.

Supply and charging R-410A refrigerant gas, including and after carrying out the pressure test with nitrogen and rectify the leakage in summer appliances all as specified and as directed.

Supply and charging R-32A refrigerant gas, including and after carrying out the pressure test with nitrogen and rectify the leakage in summer appliances all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Painting of Air Curtain of any shape and size complete inside and outside including prepration of air curtain for painting by cleaning and sanding surfaces,apply one coat of zinc chrome primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paints (1st grade quality) using spray guns to ensure uniform coverage,smooth finish and colour consistensy complete in all aspect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing of window type AC of 1.0/1.5/2.0 TR capacity, of any type/make, at site /wall, comprising of taking down carefully, removing power connections and front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, servicing including chemical wash of cooling coil, indoor cooling unit and condenser coil and providing oil and grease to all moving parts including condensing motor, checking and making serviceable electrical connection of DB's, stabilizer, wiring of AC's as per site condition and tightening all electrical connection with thimble and replacing the spare parts of the AC units wherever required, testing & commissioning including refixing at the original position and connecting with the system complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- Contractor shall maintain register of servicing as per format given by Engr-in-Charge duly signed by User, where the servicing of equipment carry out and produce as & when asked by Engr-in-Charge or GE.

M&L for servicing of split type AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity, of any type/make, at site /wall, including removing power connections and front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, servicing including chemical wash of cooling coil, cooling unit and condenser coil of outdoor unit, checking and making serviceable electrical connection of DB's, stabilizer, wiring of AC's as per site condition and tightening all electrical connection with thimble and replacing the spare parts of the AC units wherever required, testing & commissioning including refixing at the original position and connecting with the system complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) The cost of additional inlet/outlet copper pipes, drain pipe and electrical cord, if required and making good of surface as original by plastering/ whitewash/ colour/ distemper etc shall deemed to be included in quoted rate and no extra payment shall be made to contractor on this account. (ii) Contractor shall maintain register of servicing as per format given by Engr-in-Charge duly signed by User, where the servicing of equipment carry out and produce as & when asked by Engr-in-Charge or GE.

M&L for Shifting of Split AC of any size and capacity and any type/make, including disconnecting power connections, unstallation of existing indoor and outdoor unit , stabilizer etc complete from existing location and reinsatllation at new location for ready to use condition complete in all aspect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(1) Carefully Dismanteling ,transportation/shifting to new location and successful installation of the ACs is complete responsibilty of the contractor. (2) Disposal of any packaging material and debris is complete responsibility of the contractor itself. (3) Cost of additional cooper pipe and gas if required shall be paid seperatly under respective items of this schedule.

M&L for Shifting of Window AC of any size and capacity and any type/make, including disconnecting power connections, unstallation of unit , stabilizer etc complete from existing location and reinsatllation at new location for ready to use condition complete in all aspect as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-(1) Carefully Dismanteling ,transportation/shifting to new location and successful installation of the ACs is complete responsibilty of the contractor and no extra payment shall be made to the contractor in this account. (2) Disposal of any packaging material and debris is complete responsibility of the contractor itself.

Supply and Fix in replacement Air Conditioner copper pipe having outer dia 1/4'' inch and thickness 25 SWG , covered in insulation tube of nitrile of 16 mm inner diameter and 6 mm outer thickness complete in all aspect as specified and directed by Engg-in charge.

Supply and Fix in replacement of GI water pipe 15 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short plugs and union etc.) fixed on wall or floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of defective spares as 'Supply and Fix' of Deseart Cooler will not included in unit rate & measured & paid separately under relevant items and Labour charges for taking down desert cooler and refixing shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Repainting the complete desert coolers i.e side panel, bracket, body & desert cooler stand with two coats of synthetic enameled paint (1st grade quality) including two coats of black water proof paint on reserve water tank including servicing & greasing of fan motor/pump complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting the electric power connection and taking out the existing unserviceable voltage stabilizer of capacity 1 to 5 KVA from the site or taking out old unsv stabilizer 1 to 5 KVA from MES store yard of AGE E/M BHDC and transporting to contractors workshop for locating the fault including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays and replacement of defective spare parts , reassembling after making connections, testing by applying low and high voltage input to get the 230 volts correct output and transporting back the same to MES store yard or site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note :- 1. M &L for disconnecting from mains and taking down for servicing of Water Cooler of Capacity 40/80, 60/120,150/150, 180/180 Ltrs/Hr or any capacity including cleaning of water tank ,cooling coil, air filters , condenser, compressors, fan motor etc with vacuum cleaner or cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, fan and blower, etc. and keeping the Water cooler unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing/ repair/ replacement of defective spares as required and installation in same location complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Replacement of defective spares for making the water cooler units in satisfactory working condition will be measured & paid separately under relevant items as 'Supply and Fix' and Transportation & labour charges for taking down old spares and fixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted above.

M&L for disconnecting the electric & water connection of water cooler and taking out old unsv condenser fan motor from water cooler capacity 40/80, 60/120, 150/150, 180/180 Lt/Hr, and supply and fixing of new motor single phase AC 220 V of same capacity including reconnecting the electric connections and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting the electric & water connection of water cooler and taking out old unsv condenser coil from water cooler capacity 40/80, 60/120, 150/150, 180/180 Lt/Hr, and new condenser coil as per existing size & patterns complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for disconnecting the electric & water connection of water cooler and taking out old unsv evaporative coil from water cooler capacity 40/80, 60/120, 150/150, 180/180 Lt/Hr, and new evaporative coil as per existing size & patterns complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cleaning & removing the existing paint of water Cooler capacity 40/80, 60/120, 150/150, 180/180 Ltrs/Hr, by rubbing & preparing the surface smooth & applying one coat of zinc chrome primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) by spray gun machine of colourrequired as per site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of GI water tubing 25 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short plugs and union etc.) fixed on wall or floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of stop valve 15mm bore dia, fancy type chromium plated with long shank and cup (concealed type), screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement of 15mm dia PTMT ball valve high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe (Minimum weight 142 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down unserviceable PVC connection pipe and Supply and Fix of PVC connections pipe of 15 mm dia bore with PTMT nuts of length 900 mm complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for detecting of leakages of gases in Water cooler, Refrigerator, deep freezer of any type any capacity at any location and rectifying the defect to stop the leakage by gas welding or by any other means including cutting and brazing of copper tubes testing and commissioning complete in satisfactory working condition. Note: rate of gas excluded and shall pe paid separately.

M&L for taking out old unsv evaporator /freezer from the refrigerator/ deep freezer and Supply and Fix of new evaporator/freezer made out of aluminium press type of 165/180/195/310/330/450 and 500 Ltrs or any capacity with freezer frame and door including connection, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for disconnecting from electric connection and taking down the unsv compressor unit from refrigerator/ deepfreezer of any make and type and Supply and Fix of new compressor unit suitable for 165/180/195/310/330/450 and 500 Ltrs or any capacity alongwith test certificate from manufacturer including filling of suitable refrigerant /gas, replacement of filter and put in working condition all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include the transportation cost from site of installation to contractor's repair workshop and back.

M&L for servicing of refrigerator/ Deep freezer of 165/180/195/310/330/450 and 500 Ltrs or any capacity any type by disconnecting electric connection and taking down, cleaning of cooling coil, condenser coil, compressors, including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, etc. and keeping the refrigerator/deep freezer unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary repair/ replacement of defective spares as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Replacement of defective spares for making the refrigerator/ Deep Freezer units in satisfactory working condition will be measured & paid separately under relevant items as 'Supply and Fix' and Labour charges for taking out old spares and fixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.
