Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specifie size to water bound macadam (G-2) specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, Rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per techical specification clause 405. (Including All Taxes, Labour cess , Royalty etc. but Excluding GST ) for proper completion of Work.

WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means. (Including All Taxes, Labour cess , Royalty etc. but Excluding GST ) for proper completion of Work.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (Hincol) (SS1 HDPE) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502.(Including cost of bitumen, All Taxes, Labour cess , Royalty etc. but Excluding GST ) for proper completion of Work.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .Technical Specification Clause 503.(Including cost of bitumen, All Taxes, Labour cess , Royalty etc. but Excluding GST ) for proper completion of Work.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm Thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm Aggregates either using vg-10 penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat . (Including cost of bitumen, All Taxes, Labour cess , Royalty etc. but Excluding GST ) for proper completion of Work.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type-C as per technical specification Clause 510. (Including cost of bitumen, All Taxes, Labour cess , Royalty etc. but Excluding GST ) for proper completion of Work.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from barrow pits with all lead and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 as per TS clause 303.1. (Including All Taxes, Labour cess , Royalty etc. but Excluding GST ) for proper completion of Work.
