Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiselling/wedging out rocks( where blasting in prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand: eight graded crushed stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five millimetres) nominal size in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 804, 1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/ reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand: four graded crushed stone aggregate) in open foundation of culvert complete of plain/ reinforced concrete grade M-20 ( M twenty ) nominal mix cement contents not less than 330 kg (three hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre on ground or under water including curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in abutments, piers and return walls etcetera as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 ans 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential . The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 40mm (forty millimetre) thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand: four graded stone aggregate20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement as directed by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Extra for providing and laying glass/plastic strips in joint of 50mm (fifty millimeter) thick cement concrete flooring as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing Acrylic Basketball backboard of size 1.80x 1.08m (one point eight into one point zero eight millimeter), 20mm (twenty millimeter) thick , alongwith steel perimeter frame, Basketball Ring, Basket ball pole of 6" (six inch) dia and Basketball Net of approved brand like WELCO etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos. of coats to five uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer in charge including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign matter etcetra and lining out complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M-Ten) on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification Clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
