Taking down carefully existing copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan/sockets) complete with all accessories such as switch with sheet, ceiling rose including rusted/broken concealed conduit, junction and sunken boxes etc and removing dismantled material and making good disturbed surface of walls/floors etc matching with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for concealed Point wiring (using red, black and green colour wires as colour coding for single phase circuits) complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked) drawn through and including PVC conduit 20mm dia (medium duty, ISI marked) with all fittings and all accessories i.e. pipe bend, pipe hook, elbow, junction box, Pressed steel powder coated sunken box of suitable size (Min 60mm deep, suitable length and made out of 1.6mm thick sheet) concealed in wall, 3mm thick bakelite plastic laminated sheet top cover for sunken boxes flush to surface for mounting of switches/socket, wiring for one light point controlled by one switch (on indipendent board), including provn of 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor wire continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. including cutting chases in wall and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/floors etc. by using CM (1:3) and painting as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (switches shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ).

Supply and fixing switch piano flush type (ISI marked) , 5/6Amps, single pole, one way fixed on laminated sheet complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Laminated sheet shall be measured and paid in point wiring item of BOQ).

Supply and fixing ceiling rose (ISI marked) surface type polycarbonate isolated body three terminal, topline series, size 20x50mm, with back plate, 6 Amp, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED lamp minimum 3 star rated 9W LED B-22 base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge with following specifications (a) Lumen system efficacy of lamp should be minimum 100 Lumen per watt. (b) Input Voltage range : 140 to 270 volts (c) Temp operating range : Minus 10°C to Plus 45°C (d) Power factor : Minimum 0.90 (e) CRI : Morethan 80

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED complete fitting including batten and T-8 Retro LED polycarbonate 1 x 20 Watt, appx 4 feet long, environment friendly, including electric connection with using 2 core flexible copper conductor cable 23/0.00076 from ceiling rose to tube fitting, complete fitting with all accessories and following specifications all as directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (a) Lumen system efficacy of luminaire should be minimum 100 Lumen per watt. (b) Input Voltage range : 140 to 270 volts (c) Temp operating range : Minus 10°C to Plus 45°C (d) Power factor : Minimum 0.95 (e) THD : Max10%. (f) IP rating : IP-20. Note for item No. 5 to 12 :- (a) Contractor shall submit LM-79 and LM - 80 reports (refer Sch 'A' Notes ). (b) Contractor shall to furnish a Replacement warranty of five years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. The product will be replaced including taking down and refixing new luminaire free of cost in the following cases:- (i) Manfacturing defects. (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or Lux at 1m) below 90% of clamied values of lumens (or lux at 1m) of the LED/Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provisions laid down in IS -16101, 16102 Part - I/II , 16103 Part -I, 16104,16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part-II Section 13. (d) Minor items required for completion of job are included in overall cost quoted by Contractor. Nothing extra shall be payable on this account. (e) Pre-dispatch inspection of fittings shall be carried out by rep of CWE/GE within overall cost quoted by Contractor

Supply and fixing in replacement 1100 Volt grade, PVC insulated, stranded COPPER conductor cable sheathed 1.5 Sqmm flat/round three core for connection for street light fitting with over head lines / service connection including taking down of old/unserviceable cable of any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour in replacement light grade mild steel stove enamelled conduit of size 20 mm dia fixed along PCC/steel tublar street light pole with clamps made out of 25x5 mm FI at not more than 100cm c/c, including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engieer-In-Charge. (Cable shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ)

Supply & fixing in replacement brackets made out of GI tubing light grade 32 to 40mm dia, 2 metre long bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom, including two Nos clamps made out of MS Flat iron size 50x50x3 mm for fixing of bracket on steel tubular/ PCC poles with suitable nuts and bolts including painting to MS clamp and nut bolts with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to and including GI earth wire 4 mm dia (upto the cross arms earth lead upto 7.5 meter length from top of earth plate) by means of GI bolts, nuts, washers , protected by 15 mm bore GI medium grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around botton and top. 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, Pit cover made with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including TMT reinforcement complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-charge, including taking out/dismantling old unserviceable earthing system. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of junction box complete with fixing accessories and following specifications and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (a) Junction box should be insulated and made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber re-inforced material. (b) Size Min 200 mm X 160 mm X 98 mm. (c) IP protection : IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529. (d) Internally embedded gasket of polyurethane. (e) Junction Box must meet the provision laid down in IEC 60998-1, IEC-60670-22, IEC-60670-22, IEC 60670-2 to 5 and color according to RAL 9011. (f) The manufacturer of junction box shall submit a copy of IEC certificate. (g) Junction box shall be fire retardant and self extiguishing in accordance with IEC60695-2to 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part-3, UL94 V-2 flammability standard. It should be tested at Glove Wire test for 960°C. (h) The degree of protection of enclosure against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 for IK08. (j) Junction box shall 4 pole complete with with single pole MCB 'C' curve of 6 Amp, rating.
