Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M&L for 40mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) in floor finished even and smooth with using extra cement all as specified.

S&F glass dividing strip 38mm width and 3mm thick inserted in floor as directed .

M&L for PCC 50mm thick, type-B-2, (1:2:4) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar all as specified and directed

M & L for Brick work with old size Fly Ash brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified.

M & L for Brick work, with Fly Ash brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick /concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 15 mm thick, rendering, in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on wall all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in two layers, 1st layer 10mm thick in cm 1:6, and 2nd layer in 5mm thick in cm 1:4 using WPC as per manufacturers instruction finished fair and even all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceiling all as specified.

Supply only water proofing compound

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash all as specified.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting all as specified

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic floor tiles size tile exc. 0.11 but n.exc.0.18 sqm each, 7to 8 mm thick as in floor laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified.

All as per item No 19 above but over 10mm thick baking coat in CM 1:4 as in skirting all as specified

M & Lfor vitrified ceramic dark shade tiles 10mm thick (Square / Rectangular) polished area of each tiles n exc 0.36 sqm as in floor laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule A notes for details. 3. For measurement purposes in respect of those building for which audited periodical services measurement books are available; quantities shall be taken from PSMBs direct and entered in Measurement Book (IAFW-2261) and in respect of those buildings for which audited PSMBs are not available, detailed measurements of works shall be taken and entered in Measurement Book(IAFW-2261) in the usual manner.
