Maintenance of lawns in Salim Ali sector at Anupuram Township during the year 2024 - 2025

Maintenance of lawns, flower beds, hedges, trees in garden area by watering at regular intervals, cutting and trimming the unwanted growth of grasses as required including running lawn mover, removing weeds, collecting the cut grass, cleaning and sweeping of lawn area, fallen leaves of trees and disposing the same at dumping yards as shown by the department, watering the trees both inside & outside the garden area complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge. Note: 1) The rate shall include the cost of hire charges of lorry and labour for transporting of cut grass, leaves etc., to the dumping yard. 2) The rate shall also includes cost of all tools, plants, water delivery hose required for gardening and measures to be taken to prevent the entry of goats, cattles, etc., 3) The rate quoted shall be per Sq.m area maintained per month. 4) Contractor has to make his own arrangements for lawn movers. If departmental lawn mover is available it will be provided by department on chargeable basis. 5) If lawn mover is not used, then recovery at the rate of 30 paise/Sq.m per month will be charged as penalty from each RA Bill. 6) For every 1800 Sq.m. of lawn area, contractor should engage minimum 1 Labour for regular maintenance. 7) The area to be maintained per month is 16720 Sq.m. As such, total area to be maintained under this contract is 12 Months x 16720 Sq.m = 200640.00 Sq.m.

Maintenance of Medicinal plants including regular watering, removing weeds, trimming of unwanted growth of vegetation and disposing the same to dumping yard as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) The area to be maintained per month is 1300 Sq.m. As such, total area to be maintained under this contract is 12 Months x 1300 Sq.m = 15600 Sq.m. 2) The Contractor shall engage minimum one labour daily for every 600 Sq.m of medicinal plants area for maintenance and the rate quoted shall be per Sq.m area maintained per month.

Collection, Supplying and stacking of good quality Red earth without stones, gravel, etc., and stacking for premeasurements at places as shown by Engineer for taking premeasurements including spreading the same at places shown with a lead upto 100 metres and filling in pits etc.,complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Collection, supplying and stacking of decomposed dry farmyard manure without undesirable materials, stacking the same at places shown by Engineer for taking pre measurements including spreading the same at places shown with a lead upto 100 metres and filling in pits etc., complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and Spraying of approved quality plant protection chemicals such as Chloropyriphos, Quinalplos, etc., as and when required during the entire contract period, etc., all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 20mm dia. CPVC ball valve of make Jain / Kisan / Ashirvad / Supreme including removing the damaged valve, fixing the new valve, returning the retrived wornout valve to GSO stores, fixing over PVC / CPVC pipe with solvent cement etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
