Excavation in ordinary soil/mixed soil i.e. clay mixed with moorun,kankar,pebbles/siltdry or moist/slushy silt/sticky soil for WDS/WHS/RESERVOIR/SFMIS etc with hydraulic excavator of required bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines,grades and crosssection and transporting to embankment/disposal site with in all lifts and lead upto1000 m including spreading,leveliing disposed spoils at disposed area. (mode of measurement: pre work and post work) 100% of Total Earth Work

Excavation in gravel/moorum/kankar/compact moorum/very much weathered rock/sticky soil mixed with moorum or ghooting for WDS/WHS/RESERVOIR/SFMIS etc with hydraulic excavator or any other means including cutting and loading in tippers,trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines,grades and crosssection and transporting to embankment/disposalsite with in all lifts and lead upto1000 m including spreading, leveliing disposed spoils at disposed area. ( mode of measurement: pre work and post work)

Supplying, testing and installation of open Weave Jute Geo-textile (JGT) having overall weight of 500 gm/sq. m, thickness 6 mm, width 1220 mm, Tensile strength 10 KN/m (Warp direction) × 7.50 KN/m (weft direction) on slopes of embankments dressed and cut to a gradient as per design and drawing for control of surface soil erosion on proposed bank slope of embankment including the cost of preparation of subgrade and excavating the trenches of 500 mm deep and spade-width wide where necessary, and filling the trenches with earth duly secured to sub-grade by U shape MS staples (11 gauges) or wooden or plastic pegs at an interval of 450 mm, providing side lapping of 100 mm and horizontal lapping of 300 mm as per direction complete.The rate is inclusive of all incidental charges, transportation by all means to the work site, all leads and lifts complete. (Payment will made on the basis of finished surface area of the slope).

Inlet & Outlet Structure: Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing,spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m.as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.(a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) (B) by fine sand.

Hire & Labour charges for suttering with centering and necessary staging up to 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (up to roof of ground floor) ( When the height of a paticular floor is more than 4 m the equivalent floor height shall be taken as 4 m and extra for works beyond the initial4 m ht. shall be allowed under 12(e) for every 4m or part thereof ). (a) 25 mm to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With (1:6) cement mortar (b) 15 mm thick plaster.

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of sign board for identifying the exact location of MINI RLI scheme (one at road side and other at site) the board will be made 3 mm thick MS plate of size 300 mm x 600 mm and fitted and fixed on 50 mm GI Pipe of IS 1239/90 (part-1) including cutting, welding LS 3,677.51 and writting of both sides of Sign board. Base - Yellow, and words - Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soling. This will include one materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of E.I.C.

Formation of WUA: Campaigning in the command area of one no WHT/WHR/RWHT/WDS Sub-Projects by community workers for mass awareness, capacity building to achieve sustainability of Sub-Projects. Cost include wage payment to community workers, transportation, leaflet etc.

Meeting cost of WUA formation cost including Refreshment, training materials, transport local conveyance, wage payment to community worker, remuneration to resource person and incidental charges.

Registration Cost for WUA under suitable act(Society) deed writing including registration charge, conveyance cost & opening of Bank A/C etc.

Livelihood plan / Micro plan formulation cost for minor irrigation scheme, cost including refreshment, training materials, transport local conveyance, wage payment to community worker, remuneration to resource person and incidental charge (rate on meeting).

Meeting and onside demonstration for operation & maintenance of scheme, water management and made of collection of water tax building of corpus fund etc.

IEC Materials (leaflet, poster, notebook)= 8meetings for Sl-12 and Sl-14.

Documentation Cost for activities of WUA scheme- by still photography, report booklet etc. in both hard and soft copy.

Impect study and monitoring of scheme by site visit of 2 Community workers during 3 years’ period.
