Taking down old false ceilling any type and description & M&L for gypsum false ceilings with size 60cm x 60cmx9mm thick false ceiling tiles laminated on face and side with decorative PVC films and a metalize polyester film on back sides back in dew drop texture Ceiling tiles shall be fixed over and incl Powdered coated GI T- grid system of size 600X600 mm as per the manufactures instructions. Note Rates includes for taking down electrical fitting and refixing the same if required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs for Providing and fixing PVC sheet wall (prelam wood veneers design) panelling of thickness 5 mm consisting of panels having size 1220 mm X 2440 mm stuck on internal framework of 50 mm wide strips of 5 mm thick PVC sheet, the strip should have in there centre a groove of 6 mm thick width and 1 mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strips to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 10 inches between two pvc strips. The PVC sheets shall be fixed to the wall using 65 mm long MS screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners; the distance between two screws shall not be more than 200 mm, a groove of 12 mm may be left at the joint of the panel for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a strip of 5 mm thick PVC sheet of width 5 mm thick PVC sheet of width 75 mm feathered at the edge shall be stuck at the place where two panels are jointed using solvent compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling/removing old damaged worn out APP of any thickness incl screed bed or plastering of any thickness and removing the rubish materials outside MOD land at a dumping place earmarked marked by any state govt/municipalities etc any distance complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) laid as in padding 35mm average thick over roof slabs for providing proper slope including finishing surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Cleaning and preparation of the surface to receive Fosroc Proofex ORG or its equivalent in approved make water proofing system shall be a sound base, any crack shall be treated with cementious repair mortar of Fosroc Renderoc CS or epoxy crack filling mortar by proper grooving arrangement complete all as specified and directed.
