REPAIRS TO SEGMENTAL PAVERS WALKWAY TILES AREA DRAINAGE HARDSTANDING BABY WALLS AND CERTAIN MISC BR WORKS AT VARIOUS OTM ACCNS OF INS TUNIR AREA AT NAVAL STATION KARANJA

Demolition of stone/brick masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

All as per srl item No. 2 here in before but except bricks. Note:- Serviceable bricks obatined from srl item No. 1 shall be re-used in srl item No. 3 after cleaning etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for walling of random rubble, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No. 4 hereinbefore but except stone. Note:- stone obtained from item No 1 shall be reused.

Demolition of pre-cast concrete block masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. and pre cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width in type C1 (1:3:6) and setting in mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto course in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removing debries directed for a distance max upto 500m complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone or brick/concrete surfaces cement plaster in CM (1:4) , finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specfified and directed.
