Cleaning/clearing blockage in traps of WC's, Floor traps, Nanhi traps, Gully traps, Bends (with or without door), T junctions (with or without door), Y junctions (with or without door)etc in any position and making the sewer system (sewage and sullage) fully functional by suitable modern cleaning techniques etc complete. Note:- Each job shall be carried out in a day to day requirement basis as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning/clearing blockage in manholes of any description and size but depth not exceeding 1.80m from GL by suitable modern cleaning techniques etc complete. Note:- Each job shall be carried out in a day to day requirement basis as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning/de-sludging of SWG/RCC Sewage lines of any dia not exc 250mm bore of pipe by using suitable modern cleaning techniques etc complete including disposal of any sludge/excreta/sullage/sewage in closed tanker and disposing the same to designated places as earmarked by the local bodies or disposing the same under own arrangement of contracotr complete. Note:- This job shall be carried out in a day to day requirement basis as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in CM or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete (unreinforced) n exc 15cm thick but below or above ground level etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concerete as cover slab all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2 (40 mm graded aggregate ) 100mm thick and finishing the cement concrete even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in manhole/drain cover slabs etc set in CM 1:4 including use and waste of formwork and finishing top surface of cover slab even and smooth using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Steel reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old sized bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 as in man holes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching internal dia of pipe 150mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

De-sludging/De-silting of 500 user septic tank including filter bed by bailing out fluid, decomposed materials sludge etc outside MD land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note 1. Sludege/de-composed materials obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land by mechanical sewage cleaning tanks and disposed off to designated places as ear marked by local bodies. Note 2. Rate inclusive of clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings shrubs and trees not exceeding 30cm girth upto 3 mtrs alround the septic tank and removing rubbish upto a distance 50mtrs outside the periphery area.

Cleaning / Clearing blockage of soakge well at any depth and any width fully functional by suitable material like loose filling broken bricks, sand , aggregate etc complete. Note:- Each job shall be carried out in a requirement basis as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for loose filling with broken bricks in soakage pits, soakage wells .

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete type B1 ( 1:2:4 ) 20 mm graded stone aggregate on Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and directed.

S& F Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick all as specifid and dirceted. (Horizontal or sloping)
