Removing loose materials such as mud slurry and scarted boulders manually engaging divers , lifting the debris with the help of crane and preparation of sea bed using 1-10 Kgs stone boulders dumping and leveling to an average thickness of 30 Cm and surfacing with 40mm stone metal to an average thickness of 10 cm over the boulder formation at sea bed up to (-) 5.00 M to obtain a horizontal leveled surface suitable for placing of 4 MT CC Blocks in plumb and line including cost of all labour charges, operator charges, diving equipments minor tools hire charges of tractor and trailer for shifting of stone boulders and metal from stack yard to work site. minor tools etc., complete excluding cost of all materials, hire charges of machineries which will be provided by the dept. without POL and operator.

Providing and laying design mix concrete M30 grade in accordance with IS 456 (Latest Edition) using coarse aggregate from mainland quarry, M sand confirming to Zone-III and 43 /53 grade Ordinary Portland cement confirming to IS 455 as per design mix in cast-in-situ for casting of C.C block 4T / 2T including transportation of required materials to site. assembling the moulds, applying waste oil, mixing placing concrete in the mould, curing, removing the mould and stacking etc., cost of cement, stone aggregate, M sand and minor tools, hire charges and running expenses of concrete mixer machine and vibrator etc., but excluding cost of steel mould and crane for stacking, lifting which will be provided on free of cost by the department without POL & operator etc. complete . (The design mix shall be provided by the contractor from the approved laboratory of Govt. of India).

Supply of granite stone boulders 1kg to 100 Kg conforming to IS specification and stacking the same in position properly for measurement including cost of quarrying the stone from approved quarry, conveying to wharf, loading into the mechanised vessel, transportation the same to Androth, unloading and transporting to stacking yard, and stacking etc., as directed by Engineer in charge including cost of all labour charge, minor tools, royalty charges, port dues, hire charges of machineries , vessels etc., complete.

Supply of granite stone aggregate 40 mm size conforming to IS specification and stacking the same in position properly for measurement including cost of quarrying the stone from approved quarry, filling in bags, stitching, conveying to wharf, loading into the mechanised vessel, transportation the same to Androth, unloading and transporting to stacking yard, and stacking etc., as directed by Engineer in charge including cost of all labour charges. minor tools , royalty charges, port dues, hire charges of machineries , vessels etc., complete.

Supply of Gravel conforming to IS specification and stacking the same in position properly for measurement including cost of collection of gravel from approved quarry, filling in bags, stitching, conveying to wharf, loading into the mechanised vessel, transportation the same to Androth, unloading and transporting to stacking yard, and stacking etc., as directed by Engineer in charge including cost of all labour charges. minor tools , royalty charges, port dues, hire charges of machineries , vessels etc., complete

Transporting of CC Blocks from casting yard to wharf area and placing at required location as per drawing and as directed by the EIC by using experienced divers, including lifting the blocks with crane bringing to the required location lowering and placing in position including cost of all labour charges, divers, minor tools etc., operation of crane for handing blocks and truck/tractor for transporting of blocks and diving equipments and block handling tools like hooks, chains ropes etc., but crane which will be provided by the department on free of cost without POL and operator etc. complete.

Providing and laying design mix concreteof RCC M40 grade in accordance with IS 456 (Latest Edition) using coarse aggregate from mainland quarry, M sand confirming to Zone-III and 43 /53 grade Ordinary Portland cement confirming to IS 455 adding silca fume and approved plasticizer as per design mix for filling the vertical opening of the blocks to provide joints using tremie method or any other method (from bed level to (+) 1.2 Mtrs.) including cost all cement, stone chips, mainland M sand, slica flume, plasticizer size cost of all labour charges mixing, conveying, consolidation, screening & washing of coarse aggregate & Mainland M sand transportation charges of all materials work site hire charges and running expenses of batching plant and vibrator, consumables and all other equipments cost of minor tools etc. complete . (The design mix shall be provided by the contractor from the approved laboratory of Govt. of India). .

Fabrication of MS rods for RCC works for joining the blocks and lowering to the holes for tremie concrete etc., fabrication for bollard blocks etc. Including cost of steel rods cost of all labour charges, transportation of materials to work site, cutting, bending and placing etc., cost of minor tools, binding wire etc., complete.

Back filling with stone boulders 1 to 100 kg including transportation of stone boulders from stack yard to wharf area and dumping rear side of wharf and filling up to required level and compacting leveling with stone metal and gravel including all labour charges, operator charges of crane, hire charges tiller etc., but excluding cost of all materials , hire charges of crane which will be provided by the department without operator and POL.

Spreading stone metal /Broken stone to template over the boulder filling to an average spread thickness of 10 cm and consolidation with crawler crane to the required gradient and camber including spreading and consolidation of binding materials such as gravel , watering etc., including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, transportation charges of all materials from stack yard to work site etc., but excluding cost of stone metal and gravel which will be supplied by the department free of cost at stockyard / store..

PCC 1:2:4 (M20) ( 1 cement, 2 M sand and 4 stone aggregate 20 mm size) for wearing coat over the WBM surface behind the wharf including cost of all labour charges for mixing and placing of concrete curing, hire charges and running expenses of concrete mixer machine and vibrator, cost of cement, stone aggregate, pulverised sand, transportation charges of all materials from store to work site etc. complete.

Providing form work including centering shuttering so as to give a rough finish strutting and propping etc., removal of the same for in situ plain concrete work including cost of all materials and minor tools etc., complete for vertical surface as well as partition and other cast in situ work

Providing and fixing of 30T bollards (as per the drawing supplied by department) at the required locations leveling and aligning as directed by the EIC including the cost of transportation of bollards with its bolts from LHW store to site, fixing the same with bollard bolts in concrete, welding charges for fixing bollard bolts, but excluding cost of bollards, bolts, washers etc., which will be supplied free of cost at LHW stores but including all labour charges, minor tools and plants etc.,

Providing and fixing of 90T bollards (as per the drawing supplied by department) at the required locations leveling and aligning as directed by the E-I-C, including the cost of bollard with all fitting, transportation of bollards to site, fixing the same with bollard bolts in concrete, welding charges for fixing bollard bolts, bolts, washers etc,. complete.

Supply, Transportation and fixing mooring ring (as per the drawing supplied by department) in berthing face as per the direction of EIC, including cost of mooring ring and all materials, labour charges and minor tools, providing shuttering arrangements for fixing the mooring rings etc. complete.

Fixing giant tyre fenders of size 210 cm OD x 90 cm CD x 60 cm thick in the berthing face of the wharf including transportation of giant tyre, cost of 19 mm dia, GI chain, D shackle and all fittings from store yard to work site, cutting the chain to the required length, fixing in position with hooks provided in the wharf to correct level and length and fixing with D shackle including cost of Giant tyres, GI chain, D shackle etc. all labour charges, minor tools, transportation charges of all materials to work site etc. complete

Fabrication and supply of MS mould, suitable for casting 4 T & 2 T CC block as per drawing, MS Tray, Lifting slings, Bottom Box etc., made out with MS Angle 65x65x6mm, 6 mm MS Plate, cost of bolt and nuts cost of all materials, welding all labour charges.
