Construction of unlined surface drains (Mechanical Means ) of avg. cross sectional area 0.40sqm in soil to specified lines, levels, grades and dimensions. Excavated material to be used in embankment with a lifts, up to 3.00m and all leads as per Technical Specification Clause 307.

Granular Sub-Base / base / surface course with approved granular material (table 400.13) by mix in place method normal construction of granular sub-base by providing approved granular materials spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at once and compacting with three wheel static 80-100 KN roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401.4 as per technical specification clause 408 for realined portion of the road only (Using naturally occuring gravel)including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

WBM Grading 3: - Providing, laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bond macadam quarry specification table 400.7,400.8 including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 K.N in stage to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming stone screening /binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse agregate Table 400.9, watering and compecting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405.2.9.including loading ,unloading, haulages,octori charges and royality, watering octroi charges etc complete. Prime Coat:- Providing and applying (medium porosity) primer coat with bitumen emulsion (ss-1) V.G-10 on prepared surface of granular base inculding cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.including cost, loading unloading,haulage octroi charges etc complete (finished work to be measured complete).

Tack Coat: Providing and Laying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion distributor @ 0.20to 0.25Kg per Sqm on the prepared Granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete .) .

Bit Macadam:- P/L Bit Macadam ( 50mm thick ) with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of grading as per Table 500.3and 500.4 premixed with bitumen binder, V.G-10, not less than 3.3% laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required camber, grade level and alignment and rolled to achieve the designed compaction as per tecnical specifications clause 504. including loading unloading haulage octori charges complete.(finished work to be measured complete).

OPEN GRADED PRE-MIX-CARPET Providing,laying (by mech. Means ) & rolling of pre-mix carpet of 20mm th. Composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates,using bitumenVG-10 by mech. Means to reqd. , line , grade and level , to sereve as wearing course on previously prepared base ,including mixing in a suitable plant laying &rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN static roller , finished to required level & grade to be followed by seal coat of type Bas per technical specification clause 508. including loading unloading haulage octori charges complete.(finished work to be measured complete).

Seal Coat: - Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grades and cross fall using Type B bitumen (VG-10) as per Technical specification Clause 510 and 510.2.3 by mechanical means (S-90) Including loading, unloading, haulage octroi charges etc complete (finished work to be measured).

Berm/Shoulder :- Construction of Khak Bajri shoulders with approved material obtained from approved source with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with required lead /Lift as per tech. specification clause 303.1.including cost and carriage of all materials from approved source to site of work,with all leads, lifts, loading unloading and octori.(Finished work to be measured, complete ) .

Cement Concrete Drain ( 220 Rm )

Earth work excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 incl. setting out constt. Of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deletrious material and dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitale material ( upto 3m depth) .(Finished work to be measured, complete) .
