Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts:- G.I. Sheet roofing.

Dismantling cement asbestos celotax/hard board in ceiling or partition wall including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials (Frame work such as joists, beams to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing corrugated G.I. sheet roofing fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet qwashers filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and truss 0.63mm thick sheet including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing ridges or hips 60cm over all in plain G.I.sheet with galvanised iron J or L hooks. bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. Limpet and bitumen washers copmlete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts in 0.63mm thick sheet.

Providing and fixing 20cm wide 60cm overall box type PGI sheet gutter with bolts and nuts and washers etc. including making necessary conections with rain water pipe complete as per design (frame work to be measured and paid for separately) in 0.63mm (zero point sixty three millimeter) thick sheet complete upto all floor levels including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing PGI Sheet bambi for collection of water from roofing including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 0.63mm thick prepainted steel sheet (Liner)Tata or equivelant in ceiling\soffits including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC Finolex type "A" pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive and inclunding require No. of coller and clamps etc complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts:-100mm dia pipes.

Providing and fixing on wall faces PVC Finolex accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts :- 100mm nominal size PVC Finolex plain bend.

Providing and fixing PVC Finolex Shoe ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. 100mm nominal size.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid separtely) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint :- (a) In beams joists channels, angles, tee, flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

In gratings, framed, guards, bars ladders and railing, brackets and similar works.

Applying modrent solution on new G. I sheet for preparation of surface for painting @ 5.00 litres/ 100sqm of surface and rubbing the solution with brush including thoroughly cleaning the surface of all oil grease dirt and other foreign matter including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts in With enamel paint other than white paint.

Painting two or more coats on G.I Sheets with ready mix paint of approved brand and manufecture on new work to give an even shade including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts :-Ready mixed paint Red shade.

Providing temporary platform by way of scaffolding for the repaiir of roofs/ roofs projection etc. upto all heights with bamboo complete tied with rope on joints and platform of old CGI sheets etc. in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge (Area of plateform top shall be measured and paid for only).
