Survey, Design and Construction of runway controllers hut with connected structure including excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation, RCC design mix M-25, Internal and External finishes, etc complete all as specified and shown as architructural drawing No CWE/BAM/779 AR dated Apr 22 Sheet No 1/2 and 2/2 (a) Brief scope of work : (i) Structural Aspect :- Supply of structural design drawing with sound Engineering practice in Auto CAD with latest Indian Standards IS 456, IS 800, IS 816, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 2062, IS 4326, IS 13920 etc, including design calculations folders alongwith STAAD output file hard and soft copy and one set of original tracing hard copy (A1 size) on 'Gateway' brand tracing paper alongwith a soft copy of drawing and estimates of quantities within 30 days from date of opening of bids as specified . The design prepared by one designer shall be checked by another designer and both the persons shall sign in the deisgn calculation and drawings. The structuring drawings will be got vetted by IIT/NIT duly countersigned before submission to department prior to commencement of work at site.

(ii) Bldg comprises the following :- (aa) Runway controllers hut with connected structure as shown in drawing No CWE/BAM/779/AR dated Apr 22. sheet Number 1/2 and 2/2 including schedule of finishes including plateform of three different level. railing, steps etc complete.. (ab) RCC (M-25) Design mix (As per soil investing report attached). (iii) Brief Specification (aa) Soil bearing capacity as mentioned in soil investigation report attached as annexture to tender documents. (ab) Seismic Zone : Zone III. (ac) Water proofing treatment as specified in particular specification. (ae) Plinth protection : 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (40 mm graded stone agregate) (Nominal Mix) over 100mm thick hard core alongwith saucer drain. (b) Supply of Architectural, structural. Drawing and design estimates, for construction of Runway controller hut based on architructural plan drawing No CWE/BAM/779/AR dated Apr 22. sheet No 1/2 and 2/2.

Construction of soak well of size 1.8 metre (d) dia and 3.00 metre (effective depth) deep including excavation, foundation concrete, brick masnary, RCC slab in M-25 etc complete all as specified in particular specificatons and as shown on CELZ drawings No TD/576 sheet No 1/2 and 2/2.

Supply and fix polythene (LLDPE septic tank) capacity 2000 Ltr of Roto, moulding grade confirming to IS 10146: 2003 and Reliance ‘O’ 35042 grade MFI : 2.0 to 6.0 gm/10 minutes and density 932 to 943 kg/m3 and carbon black master batch content 40% + 1% and ash content 1% max. The average weight of tank 200 + 3.0 Kg and wall thickness 7.2 mm. The tank shall be installed as per manufacturer instructions. Note. : Unit quoted rate shall be deemed to include the following :- (i) The excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation (ii) Vent shaft, connection etc. complete all as required as per manufacturer instructions. Make : Sintex or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fix Automatic copper wound voltage stabilizer for low and high voltage correction equipped with electronic transistorised relay, time relay for two minute suitable for correction on single phase 50 cycles, AC supply volt meter indicator and input voltage 160 V to 270 V and stabilized voltage between 220 ±5% of capacity 5 KVA. Note : This item shall be fixed with AC catered in respective item of schedule.

M&L for cutting/boring the existing GI pipe line upto 100mm dia and taking the connection by inserting tees of suitable size/ threading and make all leak proof connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing in replacement and connecting wall mounted LED light fitting 1 x 9 Watt LED (6000K/6500K) (1200/1144mm) extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficeint heat dissipation intergrated electronic driver including necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed.. Make :- Havells cat part No LHEXBTP7UN1W009 or of equivalent.

Supply,fixing and connecting wall mounted LED tube light fitting 1 x 20/22 Watt LED (6000K/6500K) (1200/1144mm) extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficeint heat dissipation intergrated electronic driver including necessary electric connection box type with reflector cover complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Havells/Syska/Philips

Supply only ceiling fans 1200 mm sweep white in colour of Aluminium blades(three numbers) and body,double ball bearing, down rod, .fan motor, pair of canopy, shackle, assembly kit etc suitable for SP 230 to 250 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply complete. Make :- Havells/Bajaj/Philips.

Supply only PVC ventilation fans of 230 mm dia with louvers, suitable for SP, 230 / 250V, 50 Hz, AC supply with louver shutters complete. Make Havells/Bajaj/Philips.

Supply and fix MCCB, three pole, 415 Volt, 100 Amp rating, 16 KA ultimate breaking capacity complete. Make :- Havells cat part No IHLGNT0100 or of equivalent

Supply and fix MCB, single pole and neutral, 415 volts, 40 Amps rating, 10KA, "C" series complete. Make :- Havells cat part No DHMCBSPF040 or of equilavent.

Supply and fix Factory made sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, (protection class IP-42) double door, vertical type suitable for mounting isolator fixing MCCB/MCBs conforming to IS : 13032, IS : 8623, BS : 5484 with 200 Amps rating copper bus bar, triple pole and neutral, 4 ways, 415 volts complete. Make :- DHDLVDRWGOF004 or of equilavent.
