Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidate and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc., complying with standard specification asperSS20 B.

Filling the Basement with conveyed earth other than sand etc., complete complying to standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Using 40 mm HBG metal for basement and flooring layers not more than 15cm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges including consolidation as per standard specification.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand ) using Country Bricks ground molded of size 22x11x7 cm. Including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges as per standard specification.

Centering shuttering including necessary support for plane surface in Foundation and Basement and in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angles of size 25mmx25mm x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joints of 10cm size x6.5cm size spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported casuarina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification

Cement concrete 1:11/2:3 using 20mm, gauge machine broken hard granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with CM 1:3 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claiming extra etc. as directed by the Departmental officers complete complying with standard specification.

Paving the floor with scratch proof Ceramic Tiles of any colour and any size laid in cement mortar 1:2 (one cement and two sand) 20mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4Kg/Sq.m. mixed with colouring pigments to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers.

Plastering in CEMENT MORTAR 1:3 10mm thick in Including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges including etc., as per standard specification.

Plastering in CEMENT MORTAR 1:5 12mm thick in Including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all other labour charges including etc., as per standard specification.
