3)Improvement to Right side service road of Chitrotpala Right Branch Canal from RD 0.75 km to 1.75 km for the year 2026-27. (MBD05/2026-27)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings & trees of girth up to 300 mm. removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used auctioned upto lead of 1000 mtr. including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm. in thickness including hire charges of all machinery and equipment (in area of light jungle) but excluding GST etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into transportation vehicle and transportation of earth by mechanical means and unloading the earth over the approved surface of the embankment in proper profile with all leads, lifts, delifts including rough dressing and breaking the clods in to 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of all foreign materials, debrises, grass, bushes, vegetables, shrubs roots from transporated earth including layers not exceeding 22.5 cm in depth including watering earth work up to OMC condition and compaction by vibrating Roller and Dozeer in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm to 95% dry density including hire and running charges of all machineries, construction and maintenance of haul road T& P cost of fuel, lubricants cost of labour, carriage, royalty , EMF+ DMF with Addl. charges of materials including labour and cess and all other taxes as applicable etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge (Measurement to be taken in finished compacted level section under OMC condition and earth to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and responsibility)

Fine dressing and turfing with dub grass with lead and including ramming, watering till the green growth of grass with all labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing close graded granular sub-base Grade-III material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 401 of MOSRT & H specifications for Road & bridge works (4th Revision) including cost, carriage, royalty with DMF, EMF with Addl. charge of materials, hire and running charges including cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting Graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT & H specifications for road & bridge works (4th Revision) including cost, carriage, royalty+DMF+EMF+Addl. Charge of materials, hire & running charges of machineries, cost of labour cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and applying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge works (4th Revision) with lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, cess, labour and hire charges of T&P materials required for the work, hire & running charges of machineries but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works (4th Revision) including cost, carriage of materials, hire & running charges of machineries, cost of labour cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using Grading-II (19mm nominal size) crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works (4th Revision) including cost, carriage, royalty+DMF+EMF+Addl. Charge of materials, hire & running charges of machineries, cost of labour cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using Grading-II (10mm nominal size) crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandam rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works (4th Revision) including cost, carriage, royalty+DMF+EMF+Addl. Charge of materials, hire & running charges of machineries, cost, labour and cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Quarrying, collecting, supplying and stacking of good quality of moorum in regular box heap size of (1.50 m x 1.50 m x 0.50 m ) to be measured as one cum and laying in both the flank of the embankment in layers not exceeding 100 mm thick with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess including hire charges of T& P materials required for the work watering and consolidation with P.R.R to the required density and DMF+EMF+Addl. charge of materials, hire & running charges of machinery, cost of labour and cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
