Providing and Laying Granular Sub-Base Grade- V consisting of well graded Material confirming to the grading given in Table No.400-1, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer. as per MORTH No. 111, 112, 401, 900.

Providing and applying Tack Coat over granular surface treated with primer using Bitumen Emulsion (RS-I type) with mechanical sprayer at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm as directed by the Engineer as per MORTH No.111,112,503,900.

Per month per vehicle including maintanance of vehicle for a period of 48 months for running time during conctruction for min. 12 hours.

The maximum running time of the vehicle during construction is 12 hours per day.
PART 9 Disposal of Surplus Cut earth
Disposal of excavated earth by transfer with a lead of 12 km away from worksite as directed by the Departmental officers for disposal as per Standard specifications including conveyance of all materials away from site, including all labour charges with all leads, hire charges and fuel charges for all tools and plants required and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

The strength of datachment of the integrted cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 + / - 2 mm and height not less than 30 + / - 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufactures's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MORT & H specification 804 etc., complete.
