Work Contract for Operation and Maintenance of all Type of E and M Installations at Cooch Behar Airport for Two Years (2024-26).

Operation of DG sets along with AMF panels and maintenance of E & M installations at NTB, Technical block, power house, pump room, STP, GLF installations, Perimeter Lights & Apron Flood Lights, Fire alarm system, Fire Hydrant system, residential quarters and street light on all working days including sunday & holidays by engaging manpower in shifts involving operation, preventive / routine / breakdown maintenance, attending complaints, repairs with proper tools & plants, documentation etc. as per the contract terms and conditions and directions of Engineer-in-charge at Cooch Behar Airport.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of following capacity single/three phase split type air conditioners of all makes and models/types with voltage stabilizers installed at different locations including providing & fixing all necessary consumables and spares including replacing of faulty compressor for the period of two years etc complete, as required for two years.

a) Second Year

i) 1.5/2.0 Tr High wall

ii) 3/4 Tr Floor mounted

iii) 3/4 Tr Cassette type

Annual Comprehensive maintenance of 15 TR package type air cooled air conditioning unit (Blue Star Make) complete with air conditioning units ,heater , electric control panel and allied accessories including providing & fixing all necessary consumables alongwith replacement of faulty compressor and necessary spares etc. as complete as required for two years.

a) First Year : 15 TR Package

b) Second Year : 15 TR Package

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) of water cooler cum purifier/waterpurifier of Eureka forbes make installed at different locations including providing & fixing all necessary consumables and spares etc. as complete as required for two years. (Maintenance should be done through OEM's Authorized dealer)

Service visit through OEM/Specialised Agency for carrying out servicing/maintenance of Complete Fire Alarm Detection System with all detectors/Fire alarm panel(installed in terminal building / technical block) and complete checking of fire fighting system of terminal building in case of breakdown/ emergency/ as and when required and submission of service / maintenance report of OEM or Specialized Agency complete in all respect. (Maintenance should be done through OEM's / Specialized Agency)

Maintenance of all types of conveyors (3 section flat slider bed conveyor-1 Set, Slat type conveyor belt Arrival Lounge - 1 No.) and all accessories associated to them (Rolling shutters, gravity rollers, control panels, motors of various ratings, SMSR/Gear boxes etc) by quarterly visit and preforming routine maintenance, taking rectification action to ensure serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the system and attending to faults / breakdown calls as and when required. (Spares will be supplied by AAI). (Maintenance should be done through OEM only)

One time overhauling of slat / flat slider bed type of conveyors with all other accessories associated to them like rolling shutters, Gravity, rollers, control panels, motors of various rating, SMSR/ Gear boxes etc.) by providing necessary spare parts for following items. (Spares will be supplied by AAI). (Maintenance should be done through OEM only)

a) First Year

i) Slat type conveyor systems with other accessories

ii) 3 Section flat slider bed conveyor system with other accessories

b) Second Year

i) Slat type conveyor systems with other accessories

ii) 3 Section flat slider bed conveyor system with other accessories

Filtration including Dehydration of transformer oil, Testing of transformer oil (acidity, moisture etc.) before and after filtrationincluding testing of WTI, OTI, Buchholz relay, Pressure relief device (PRD), Replacement of Silica gel etc. confirming to IS standard/ as per OEM recommendation as required for 800 KVA, 11KV/415 V transformer.

Top up of ISI marked Transformer oil during filtration as per site requirement in 800 KVA, 11KV / 415V transformers etc complete as required.

Calibration and testing of relays & meters of 11 KV HT panel (1 incomer & 2 outgoing system) includes IDMT relay(03 Nos.), Auxiliary/Trip relays(10 Nos.), Annuciator(02Nos.) and meters(06 Nos.) through calibration machine having valid calibrated certificate of Govt./NABL lab and submission of test reports complete as reqd.

Rewinding of single/three phase following capacity Motors/Pump/Submersible Pump by changing winding including applying the varnish, titgtening the bolts,changing end terminals etc as required by AAI including transporting from the AAI store (as may be required) and returning back after through service etc. complete as required. (including considering for credit of dismantle materials)

Lifting and lowering of submersible pumps upto 200 ft of capacities(up to 5HP) alongwith GI pipes due to defect in existing pump on urgent basis within a short notice including connection of cable, jointing of cable etc with successful testing & commissioning etc. complete as required.
