Cleaning of sewage line Septic Tank and soak well in Zone E area of AGE B/R-II under GE West Lucknow

M & L and Cleaning/desludging of existing septic tank, of any capacity and depth with inlet/outlet chambers including taking out sludge (both organic and inorganic matter) in any form and other foreign matter etc viz sediment, sand, ash, grease, fibre, silt, roots or vegetation etc by means of sewage sucking machine and after plugging the incoming sewer line through combined high pressure water jetting/ suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV facility of high pressure vacuum and removing the sludge outside MD land by any means and at a place meant for the purpose by local munucipality complete all as specified and directed at site. Note:- For measurement purpose Liquid depth of septic tank shall be measured before removal of sludge.

M&L for Cleaning/desludging of existing sewar line from nahani trap to 1st manhole manually or by way of any other suitable meanes of any capacity and depth including taking out sludge in any form and other foreign matter etc viz. sediment, sand, ash, grease, night soil, fibre, silt, roots or vegetation etc and keeping the sewar line functional duly removing the sludge outside MD land by any means and at a place meant for the purpose by local munucipality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning/clearing of sewer line (including in between manholes) up to 200 mm bore sewer line of any type and any location, depth of manhole n.exc. 3 meter in depth, section, line between the sewer lines to septic tank/soak well/sump well and cleaning any type of blockage including desilting, descaling and dechocking of drain and manhole manually or by any other way and keeping the sewer line functional and removing the sludge outside MD land and at a place meant for the purpose by local munucipality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning/clearing of sewer line (including in between manholes) up to 200 mm bore sewer line of any type and any location, depth of manhole n.exc. 3 meter in depth, section, line between the sewer lines to septic tank/soak well/sump well and cleaning any type of blockage including desilting, descaling and dechocking of drain and manhole with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction vacuum type machine mouinted on LCV/HCV and having facility of high pressure vacuum and provn of hydraulic application through high pressure thermo plastic fibre based water jetting hose and conical round shape nozzle pipe and flushing after cleaning and removing the sludge outside MD land by any means at a place meant for the purpose by local munucipality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering/plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm on newly prepared surface and plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, complete all as specified and directed

Repair to plaster by using readymix mixture of thickness 12 mm to 15 mm and taking down cement or cement lime plaster, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, complete all as specified and directed.Charge.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping incl necessary form work finished even & smooth with using pigment in cement including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thickness and below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for special treatment of sunken portion with 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC liquid complast 421 and applying one coat Each of Nittoproof 120 on plastered surface rendering again 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with complast - 421 filling the sunken floor with PCC 1:5:10 using brick bat area of floor upto 1.5 Sqm including 40 mm dia 0.60 m pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.
