Disconnecting the existing HT & LT Connections and taking out transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 400 KVA and transporting to store yard of AGE E/M without any damage to its working parts including all necessary T&P,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Hiring Charges of Hydra crane, truck or other T & P required shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.
Disconnecting, taking out old unserviceable under ground cable of rated voltage 1100 V, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor upto any size and upto 4 core, any type from trenches including taking out concrete cable cover/ bricks etc. including removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit or for relaying complete all as specified and as directed.
Supplying, installing, connecting, testing & commissioning of transformer of capacity 100 KVA (energy efficient level 2), outdoor type, floor mounted 11 KV on HT side and 433 volts on LT side at no load step down 3 phase 50 c/s AC double wound ( copper) oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes core type. Transformer with off load tapping on HT side to vary secondary voltage ± 7.5% in steps of ± 2.5%. The transformer shall confirm with the requirement of IS-1180 (Part-I) :2014 and IS 2026, subsequently amended upto date and oil shall confirm to IS-335, 1993. The temp rise shall not exceed 55 degeree centigrade in winding and 45 degree centrigrade in oil when measured by the resistance method after continous full load run and on ambient temp of 48 degree centigrade, copper wound specified and as directed. The transformer shall be complete with the following :-(a) HV Bushing of suitable size. (b) LV glands and cable box of suitable size. (c). Oil conservator with fully cap & drain valve (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent & oil seal. (e ). Themometer pocket with themometer dial of suitable size. (f). Two earthing terminals on tank and take cover with lugs to suit 32x6 mm GI strip. (g). Rating plate & diagram plate. (h). Terminal marking plate. (i). Four plain rollers. (m). Oil filter plig with connection complete. (n). Extra bushing for neutral outside the cable box for providing independent earthing. (o) oil filling hole with cap. (p). First filling of oil. (q). One cable box on LV side with one cable gland suitable for reception of 01 No 3.5 core 400 Sqmm LT cable. And as per specification given in Particular specifcation and per original manufacturer instructions. Note:- The quoted rates shall include the cost of construction of hard standing/ foundation of suitable size for mounting of transformer as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply, laying and testing cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, PVC sheathed cables for working voltages 11 kV, three phase, earthed system, 3 core, screened, armoured power cable, 95 sqmm of nominal area of conductor, aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098 (Part-II): 2011 laid in trenches or under floors making all connections with necessary glands lugs bushing including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3 core with reduced neutral conductors (3½ core), nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 120 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
S & F XLPE cable end termination, cold shrinkable, outdoor type, suitable for voltage 11 kV (Earthed), 3 core 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point
Supply & spreading in trenches sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.
Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HVP type 1, with peak shape, dimension 300 mm X 180 mm X 40 mm and 65 mm peak thickness as per IS 5820: 1970 complete all as specified and directed.
Supplying & laying in trenches 100 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for boring under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using latest boring technique/ or by mechanical means for insertion of GI/CI/PP-R/PVC pipe/cable of any dia/ bore/size complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Pipes shall be measured and paid separtely.
Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for hard core of broken stone/ boulders aggregate, broken to gauge not exceeding 63 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for cement concrete M7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 75 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M35 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 30 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.
M&L for cutting the road /hard standing and making good disturbed surface by using PCC type C2 (1:3:6) by using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for the fixing the pipe complete all as directed by Engrr-In-Charge.
M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
Preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.
Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.
S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality A conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20 mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed.
Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Supply only galvanized steel chain link fence fabric of mesh size 50 mm X 50 mm, made out of 3.80 mm nominal dia of mesh wire.
Fixing only galvanized steel chain link fence fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provn of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.
S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5 cm but not exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.
S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for mild steel round bars10 mm dia, Fe 410 W(Gde E-250)/Fe 290 (Gde E-165), cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1, flat shape, dimension 250 mm X 150 mm X 40 mm as per IS 5820: 1970 complete all as specified and directed.
