PART A (Supply of items)

SUPPLY OF 3C X 185 SQ MM 11 KV (UE) XLPE CABLE WITH STRANDED COMPACT CIRCULAR ALUMINIUM CONDUCTOR, CONDUCTOR SCREEN WITH EXTRUDED SEMI CONDUCTING COMPOUND, XLPE INSULATED, INSULATION SCREENING WITH EXTRUDED SEMI CONDUCTING COMPOUND IN COMBINATION WITH COPPER TAPE, CORES LAID UP, EXTRUDED INNERSHEATH OF PVC, GALVANISED STEEL ROUND WIRE ARMOURED , AND OVERALL PVC SHEATHED CABLE CONFORMING TO IS 7098 (PART-2) 2011, INCLUDING ALL TEST REPORTS WITH UPTO DATE AMENDMENTS.

SUPPLY OF ROLLED STEEL JOIST,152 MM(D) X 152 MM(B), Flange Thickness(Tf)-11.5 MM, Web Thickness(Tw)-8 MM, Length-11 Mtr, Weight-37 KG Per Mtr, Manufacured as per IS: 2062-2011 GRADE ‘A’

PART B (Underground items)

Laying and commissioning of 3-Core,11KV grade upto 185sqmm XLPE cable with Horizontal Directional Drilling(HDD) method (At a depth of 3 mtr below railway track and max of upto 6meters) in MS Pipe 6 Inch, including welding, Pipe pulling through HDD, Cable pulling through HDD etc.

Providing, laying and fixing following 150 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings, jointing including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc. as required

Construction of cable loop chamber of (5 mtr X 4 mtr X 1mtr) in FA bricks, filling with sand and covered with 5 inch thick RCC slab with 37 Kg reinforecement for protection of cable and provision for lifting the cover.

Laying of one number XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL, Cable loop chamber as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV(UE) grade as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

PART C (Overhead items)

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 10.00 metre and upto 12.00 metre

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, bow tightener, 7/ 3.15 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre-2.3 Mtr Each) double pole cross arm for three wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRLSame work for 33 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 2400 mm width X 2800 mm height complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

G.I Barbed wire Coiling 2.5 metre high (Providing and fixing 2.5 metres high GI barbed wire fencing fixed with GI staples, turn buckles etc complete as per clause 807 ) on double Joist Pole structure

Supplying and fixing 33 KV Danger Board with 20 cm X 20 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in Double pole as required.
