REPAIR/MAINT OF MECHANICAL LAUNDRY, INCINATOR, BOILER, CONNECTED EM WORK, MISC E/M SERVICES AND ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN JAISALMER

Repair /maintenance/servicing of oil fired incinerator installed at 15 AFH, having 20 Kg/hours burning capacity horizontal/vertical type comprising of primary chamber, secondary chamber designed on "controlled air" incineration principle and provided with minimum temperature of 100 degree centigrade in the primary chamber and 1200 degree in secondary chamber , one fully automatic pressure jet type burner for each chamber of mild steel plate of adequate thickness (minimum 5mm thick ) 30 metre high chimney exhuast system high pressure ventury scrubber, PLC base control panel droplet separator etc including all other accessories and piping equipments and civil works required for installation of incinerator chimney complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- 1. The entire incinator plant is required to be kept serviceable during the entire period of CA. 2. 30 days duration of months shall be considered as one job ie from the date of work order plus 30 days will be measured as one job and so on upto ten months. 3. The Cost of spare parts (except the spare considered in CA as supply only), labour charges shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates, All repair work shall be carried out by rep of OEM/Authorised service centre of OEM.

Supply only Spares/Components after approval and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following :- (i) PLC based control panel droplet separator.

(ii) Fuel pump suitable size.

(iii) Emergency stack push button of power failure.

(iv) Interconnection piping .

(v) Valves as per site requirement.

(vi) Dampers and fiittings etc.

(vii) garbage dumping jaali made out of stainless steel rod, steel grade 315 (Melting range1480-1530 degree centigrade) not less 8mm dia stain less steel rod .

M&L for disconnecting, dismantling, taking down and transporation of unserviceable UPS of capacity 10 KVA, 3 phase system installed at 15 AFH near OT and Repair/complete overhauling of unserviceable UPS 10 KVA at workshop and make it completely serviceable in and including all spare parts like required to make the UPS serviceable except the following spare complete and reinstallation of UPS at site after repair work complete and making the UPS fully functional complete all as directed. Note :- 1. The unserviceable UPS is required to be made fully functional including all spare parts except the sapre parts considered in CA here in after, these shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items. The JOB includes complete labour/Technician cost, dismantling, transportation and all other items required to make it serviceable, nothing extra shall be payable on this regard

Supply and fix in replacement of battery,12 V 26 AH capacity, suitable of UPS duty including testing for its proper functioning as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Exide/Amron/Sukam/Okaya Note :- Battery shall be original make accepted No substitute of battery.

Supply and fix in replacement of AVR Card suitable for UPS 10 KVA as per existing at site (15 AFH, near OT Room) including testing for its proper functioning as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement of main Card suitable for UPS 10 KVA as per existing at site (15 AFH, near OT Room) including testing for its proper functioning as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Card transformer suitable for UPS 10 KVA as per existing at site (15 AFH, near OT Room) including testing for its proper functioning as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply fixing and connecting, LED flood light of capacity 150 watt, aesthetically design, having epoxy powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing with IP 66 protection efficient high output emitter LED for better thermal management of capacity 150W(5700K CCT) , individuals LED's should have lenses for better throw across, system luminous efficacy lm/w grater than or equal to 100lm/w, high efficiency long life LED module with SMD LED package mounted on MCPCB, viewing angle 120 degree, high quality toughened glass cover, IK 07 powered by 02 Nos , inetgral , isolated electronic LED drivers (SMPS based constant current supply) with lower THD output open/short circuit protection, over voltage protection, surge voltage, protection with SPD not less than 10 KV and other sagety test as Per IS-15885 part -2/sec 13, the LED flood light should be LM 79 report and IES file, in and including taking down of old unserviceable light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 3 Layer PPR Pipes, UV stabilised having thermal stability upto 93 degree centrigrade complete and fixed with the pole by providing FI clamps, nuts and bolts of size 25x25x3mm with nuts & bolts for protection of connecting wires, connection from junction box to light fittings, complete for outer dia 20 mm (PN-16) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and connecting elastomer insulated, flat,sheathed, multicore, industrial flexible cable with bright annealed copper conductor, 1100 volts grade cable of size1.5sqmm, 3 core, confirming to IS 694-1990 including taking down of old unserviceable connection wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix junction box made out of Fiber reinforced plastic with IP 55/IP 65 protection of size not less 200 x 140 x 95 mm (in side dimensions) , having 5 way terminals mounted on din rail for termination of cable with necessary nuts and bolts , including -02 Nos cable gland , 01 Nos DIN rail for mounting of MCB and 01 No, MCB SP, 10 KA, 6 Amps, in and including fixing clamp of FI 25 x 3mm with necessary nuts and bolts complete in and including taking down of existing u/s junction box of any type all as directed.

Material and labour for taking down gear assembly of EOT cranes, connected induction motor, servicing, greasing of motors etc complete and dismantling gear box assembly taking out gear and other worn out parts, replacement of worn out parts refilling of gear oil, over hauling, oil seal replacement including lathe work as required at site re-assembly, re-fixing the same and testing including repair of EOT cranes installed above the height of 5.0m from working level, thoroughly cleaned of all dirt, grease, scale and rust by shot blasting or chemical cleaning methods, removing old paint from EOT cranes and attachments parts such as double girders, motors, crane rail, Gearbox cabinet, LT panel board and all moving parts. A single coat of primer shall be given to all parts exposed to the weathering effects and two coats of paint as approved by GE for indoor/outdoor cranes shall be given on all primer painted surface. The bright exposed parts of the crane shall be given one coat of rust inhibitor. Interior of all gear boxes shall be painted with one coat of oil resisting paint. Writing the Technical details of respective crane as per existing data available on each cranes with paint as approved by GE, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The capacity of Crans with their locations are as under :- Note :- (Spare parts shall be measured and paid seprately) (a) Capacity 1 to 3 TON.

(b) Capacity 5 ton to 10 TON.

(ii) Gasket.

(iii) Brake for CT/LT Coil.

(iv) Pedant Push Button. Make – Siemens/L&T.

(v) Pedant Push Button with auxiliary contacts. Make – Siemens/L&T.

(vi) No Volt Coil 1100 volts Make L&T suitable for contactor ML-4 Make- L&T or equivalent.

(vii) Carbon Brushes.

Load Testing of HOT cranes/EOT Cranes with full load and 25% over load all as specified in IS No 301 of 1977 and 3177 of 1977 and writing the date of load testing all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacity :- (i) Capacity 01 TON to 03 TON Note :- Load will be provided by the Department except EP shop the Contractor will be responsible for provision of load materials in EP shop.

(iii) Capacity 10 TON.

M&L for annual maintenance of EOT cranes of capacity 1 to 10 TON installed at Hangers in tech area at a height of 4 to 8 mtrs by opening of brackets of ball bearing, cleaning/removing of old lubricants/ grease using thinner from the moving parts of the cranes, checking of moving parts for its serviceability, cleaning of rail using sand paper and applying of new castrol grease/AP3 grease on all the moving parts/ Ball bearing and refixing of brackets and making the crane fully functional and smooth complete all as specified and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for annual maintenance of HOT cranes of capacity 1 to 3 TON installed at Bldgs in tech area at a height of 3 to 6 mtrs by opening of brackets of ball bearing, cleaning/removing of old lubricants/ grease using thinner from the moving parts of the cranes, checking of moving parts for its serviceability, cleaning of rail using sand paper and applying of new castrol grease/AP3 grease on all the moving parts/ Ball bearing and refixing of brackets and making the crane fully functional and smooth complete all as specified and directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.
