Fabrication and supply of Incinerator, quencher and its interconnecting off gas piping with all accessories and spare (as mentioned in technical specification) (Atomizer, rupture disk, burner, SS flexible connection, temperature measurement devices, pressure measurement devices, required internal insulation etc.) as per approved design, flow-sheet and technical specifications.) (SS 310 plate of will be provided as FIM as per Annexure A
Fabrication and supply of all SS304 L process equipment (Packed bed scrubber, venturi scrubber, quencher recirculation tank, packed bed scrubber recirculation tank, venturi scrubber recirculation tank, off-gas heater casing along with heater, HEPA Filter Casing) as per approved design, drawing and technical specification (6 mm thick SS304L plate FIM will be provided as per annexure A.)
Fabrication and supply of waste feed tank with suitable stirrer, Fume hood as per approved design, drawing and technical specification. (6 mm thick SS304L plate/pipes will be provided as FIM only for waste feed tank fabrication as per annexure A)
Fabrication and supply of all Pumps, (Minimum requirement - 6 no canned motor pump for recirculation, 4 no centrifugal pump for cooling water system, 2 no rotary gear pump for waste feed, 1 no AODD pump for waste transfer) minimum one number Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger and minimum one number cooling tower as per approved design, drawing, flow-sheet and technical specification.
Fabrication and supply of all required fittings, valves, hoist to install and remove of HEPA filter, anything that is added at later stage as per design for safe and smooth operation etc. (Elbow, Tee, strainer, reducer, valves, flanges, nut &bolts, anchor fasteners etc. required to complete the work.) as per approved design, flow-sheet, bill of material and technical specification.
Fabrication and supply of all required measuring instrument( glass tube rotameters, SS bourdon type pressure gauge, purge rotameter, MI temperature sensor with head mounted transmitter (N type thermocouple, 3 wire RTD pt -100)), seamless stainless steel tube (SS304), SS 304 transmitter rack structure, needle valve, junction boxes, pressure regulating valves, 3 way(3/2) solenoid valve, Stainless steel (SS-316) tube fittings, perforated cable tray, stainless steel air header (setup) and any other gadgets (hardware or manual measuring device) to meet safe and smooth process requirement (flow, temperature, pressure, etc.) as per approved design, flow-sheet, bill of material and technical specification.
Fabrication and supply of all required control instruments/ accessories (Magnetic flow meter, Glove type control valve, Integral orifice meter, Coriolis mass flow meter, Butterfly control valve with rotary actuator, Thermal mass flow meter) ( Differential & gage pressure transmitter and accessories(T type manifold for DP transmitters, H type manifold for flow transmitters, 2- way isolation manifold, hand held communicator) Current to pressure converter) manual backup control panel, 4 core SS braided control cable and any other control/or PLC operated instruments as per approved design, flow-sheet, bill of material and technical specification.
Installation of all process equipment with required structural support (All supplied tanks, scrubbers, pumps, blowers, heaters, fume hood, heat exchanger, cooling tower, valves etc.) as per approved design, flow-sheet, bill of material and technical specification. Scope includes • Arrangement of all tool, machinery, man power for material handling. • shifting of material from unloading point to installation site • Making arrangement of all foundation bolt, structural material, anchor fasteners, making fixation of all foundation bolt with civil foundation (grouting with civil foundation) for installation of blower. • Anchoring of all equipment with civil foundation as per requirement • Enough support should be provided with MS structure. • Fabrication and installation of 10 mm thick SS tray/lining (as per requirement) for 6 no canned motor pump, 2 no rotary gear pump, two no centrifugal pump) • (10 mm thick plate will be provided for tray fabrication as FIM as per Annexure A. • No material/ support will be provided other than mentioned in Annexure A. • Complete installation of all equipment as per design lies in the scope of bidder whether it is mentioned or not. • Installation and operation of hoist to install and remove of HEPA filter. (Major MS structural work will be carried out by BARC as per bidder structural design for mezzanine floor but final installation of all equipment will in the will in the scope of bidder)
Erection of SS304L Piping with all required support in sizes from 8 mm NB to 150 mm NB Job involves • Preparation and study of piping GA drawing, submission and subsequent approval of GA and drawing. • Identification of nozzles, taking site measurements, preparation & approval of pipe spool/isometric drawings. • Identification of all materials, taking delivery of the FIM from departmental stores, complete handling, transportation, detergent washing, pickling & passivation as per need, rinsing, marking, cutting of pipes and existing blinds of pipe EPs, edge preparation, fit-up, tack welding, alignment, bending at 5D radius/minimum 100 mm up to size 25 mm NB(above 25 NB pipe standard elbow will be used) along with DP of bends, complete erection with adequate support, hydro/pneumatic testing etc. and readying the same for GTAW welding as per approved spool drawings] • Tagging of pipes (it includes SS tagging appox 50x200 X3 mm thick after 4 meter connected to pipe in a ring.
Radiographic quality butt/fillet welding of stainless steel pipes & pipe fittings by GTAW process using high purity Argon gas (99.995% min) for shielding & back purging, Liquid Penetrant Examination for root & final weld and local passivation of the weld joints as per approved procedure and technical specifications. Radiographic examination of all butt weld pipe joints as per approved procedure and technical specification will be carried out. This includes providing required quality & sizes of radiography films, identification of joints as per the weld joint list, taking of gamma exposer, development of the exposed films and its internal review. (Note: The butt weld joints found acceptable after radiography test shall only be considered for the payment purpose for butt weld; arrangements for scaffolding and other supports is in contractor's scope) (3 fillet weld inch diameter will be considered as one butt weld inch diameter for payment.
Fabrication, supply and installation of MS angle, channel, I-beam, plate for the support of pipe rack, equipment, cable tray etc with primer and two coat epoxy coating.
Fabrication, supply and installation of 3mm thick SS304L trays and plate to use as pad plate between MS and SS.
Supply of PLC based SCADA system with hardware, software & its license along with hardware spare of PLC system along with furniture for computer and accessories as per approved design, flow-sheet, bill of material and technical specification.
Installation/erection of all panel (electrical/instrumentation), electrical cabling/ instrument wiring, headers, all measuring instrument, proper termination of electrical cable, proper earthing of all electrical instruments, installation of PC, software, development, FAT / SAT testing, commissioning, training & documentation implementation of all interlocks, etc. subsequent testing all pumps, blowers, cooling tower, lighting or any other electrical or instrumentation of OLWIS as per approved design and technical specification. (Scope includes completion of entire work with all respect of electrical as well as instrumentation up to indenter satisfaction)
Testing, commissioning and operational trials of OLWIS to meet/satisfy safe and smooth operation. • Testing/functioning test of all pumps, blowers, cooling tower fan with respect to design capacity, pressure, motor rating, earthing etc. • Integrity test of entire all setup (No leakage will be allowed in any form from the system.) • Calibration of all tanks. • Functioning test of all type of valves, measuring instruments, electrical panel, instrumental panel etc. • Verification of control circuit diagram, electrical circuit diagram. • Commissioning, training of BARC operating staff & documentation of PLC system. • Optimization of all process parameter/ establishing of all process parameter for safe and smooth operation. • Training of operating personal. • One week 8 hrs. per day safe and trouble free inactive operation of the OLWIS.
