Manufacturing of G.M lead nut to suit with the lead screw.

Manufacturing and fitting of pedestal for the installing of penstock gate with proper alignment.

Supply of thrust bearing ( Bearing No. 51218, Dia. 120 mm)

Manufacturing of S.S cotter pin for fixing the penstock gate with lead screw size (30 mm dia. X 200 mm long)

Manufacturing of C.I hand wheel (20 inch) for operation of gate.

Assembly M.S gate, lead screws, lead nut, thrust bearing & hand wheel at the requirement position maintaining proper alignment for the operation penstock gate at required time with special tools & tackles.

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.(this item is applicable to new work or old work when the original surface has been exposed by removal of old paint

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface,if necessary : (b) on steel or other metal surface : (i)with super gloss(hi-gloss) – (iv) two coats (with any shade except white)
