Replacement of non-functional Motor to new Motor as per requirement of site, motor to be suitable for operation 40HP Motor and RPM 1440 Make: Kirloskar, Scope includes supply and fixing of motor pump Coupling tyre of requisite size, all dismantling work and fixing of new pump, nuts and bolts,coupling tyre credit of dismantle to the contractor / agency. Work to be carried out as per requirement of site and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairing and Servicing of existing mono block pump sets, scope includes complete overhauling, greasing, replacement of bearing, necessary lubrication etc. Capacity 40 HP, Make: Crompton Greaves, to make pump fully functional in all respects and as per requirement of site or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing and Servicing of Starter Panel of existing mono block pump set, scope includes complete overhauling, replacement of defective parts etc. Starter Capacity 40 HP,Scope also includes making starter fully functional in all respects including necessary safety parameters, dismentling and refixing of relay & other equipments after cleaning, Tightning of loose connections, checking input & output parameters, as per requirement of site or as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with credit of dismantle to agency/ contractor, if any.

Lowering and lifting Charges of 40 HP, 3-Phase Motor, Scope includes all kind of specialized tools like tripod, chain pully, specialized heavy labour etc. inclusive of to and fro charges, labour charges etc. as per requirment of site and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing of LT Panel , MCCBs, Tighting of all nut bolts, bus bars, all loose connections, changing of brunt thimbles of different sizes, by expert. Scope includes, the paint on the LT Panel of requisite shade. Scope also includes cleaning of LT Panel through blowers and vaccum cleaner etc. as per requirement of site and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairing and servicing of Industrial Exhaust Fan Motor, scope includes rewinding of the motor, capactity 2 HP, Make: Crompton Greaves, Scope includes to and fro charges, lifting and lowering charges, etc. all required items for making the fan in working condition with credit of all dismentle material to Contractor/ Agency.

Replacement of existing broken / damaged Base Frame of Monoblock Pump Set of capacity 40 HP, Scope includes supply and fixing of New Base Frame alongwith nuts and bolts, welding work etc,Work to be carried out as per requirement of site and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Fabrication installation testing and commissioning of Aluminium Bus Bars 40mm x 10mm(3 Run) and interconnections for 400 amp MCCB Work to be carried out as per requirement of site and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
