Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided and removing the rubbish out side the MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 40 mm thick (average thickness) Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in patches area n.exc 5.0 sqm as in roof padding with 2% water proofing compound by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement ,including cleaning the concrete surface by steel wire brushes, up to three stories bldgs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid sepreately.

Cutting chases in brick walls, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, shelves, lintels, etc, and cutting chases for concealed water tubing’s etc and making good, cutting not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 15 mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fittings (such as bend, elbows, tees, pieces, connectors, caps plug and union etc) and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors or concealed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 20 mm bore GI tubes, medium grade galvanised, with all fittings (such as bend, elbows, tees, pieces, connectors, caps plug and union etc) and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors or concealed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only 15 mm bore GI tubes, with all new fittings (such as bend, elbows, tees, pieces, connectors, caps plug and union etc) and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors or concealed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing only 20 mm bore GI tubes, with all new fittings (such as bend, elbows, tees, pieces, connectors, caps plug and union etc) and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors or concealed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floors, hearth or wall tiling including cement morter bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7to 8 mm thick,first quality (Square/rectangular )area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc laid on 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick, as in skirting/Dado (in patches) laid on 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick, as in skirting/Dado ( in patches) laid on 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs 15 mm angle stop valves (fancy type), cast copper alloy , chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with crutch and butter fly handles , screwed with iron pipes or for union, with flange complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs 15 mm concealed stop cock (fancy type), cast copper alloy, chromium plated ,with long shank and cup (with flange) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs bib tap, brass chromium plated fancy type, long body screwed down, screwed for iron pipe 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound mix with 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid seprately.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles (light shade), 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floors/skirtings set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles and bedding in layer of 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Non Skid ceramic colour tiles 8 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors/skirtings etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles and bedding in layer of 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement or cement line plaster on bricks on storne walls etc incl racking out joints, heacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be after deducting the amount of Credit shown in Credit Schedule of this Tender.
