ADDITIONAL MISCELLENEOUS ITEMS - MAINTENANCE OFFICE

Setting up of Maintenance unit by deploying one plumber, one Carpenter / sewerman, one helper along with supervisor in two shifts as per flight schedule in terminal building and city side on all days except sunday with all necessary Plumbing, Carpentory and sewerman T & P for maintenance of plumbing / water supply fittings, maintenance of aluminium doors / window, partitions,ceilings, supervision of maintenance works noting down complaints from complaint register and rectifying the same using the above resources. One sewarman cum plumber with one helper on sunday shall be provided. All man powers shall be provided uniform as per Clause 3.3 of SCC page no. SCC-2 and same shall be worn in duty hours and have to be report to authorised representative of E.I.C/ Duty terminal Manager. (The Quoted rates shall be inclusive of Annual PIC charges). In absence of manpower Rs 1000/each person/day shall be deducted.)

Creation of Maintenance unit cum office support staff with following Higly skilled, skilled, semiskilled and unskilled manpower:- a) 04 Semi skilled (Mali) with necessary T & P like Talwar, Khurpi, Katchi, etc. for maintaining garden area. b) 01 Painter with necessary T & P like Brush, Sand paper,etc. c) 01 Mason with necessary T & P like Kanni, Gutka,etc. d) 02 Higly skilled (Computer operator/ Site Engg. with Experience) e) 02 Skilled (Computer operator / Site supervisor with Experience) f) 04 Semi skilled g) 04 Unskilled All man powers shall be provided uniform as per Clause 3.3 of SCC page no. Supplying and placing in position the sand bags in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cartage of sewerage waste from septic tank inside AAI premises to out side AAI premises by mechnical means (10000 ltr. Vehicle) including loading and unloading etc as desired by the EIC complete.

Providing and fixing glass panel of any size with 12mm thick toughened SGG Dew Drop ST 150 glass of approved make including making suitable holes in the glass with existing structure at the height upto 15m. The periphery shall be sealed both from inside and outside with silicon weather sealant to make the glazing water / airtight. (Maximum size of the length and width of the pannel shall be measured for payment). (City side) (This item includes the removal of broken glass and disposal of the same outside the Terminal Building premises)

Providing and fixing glass panel with insulated double glazed unit (consisting the 6mm SGG Dew drop ST 150 toughened glass + 12 mm air gap + 12 mm clear toughened glass) of approved make including making suitable holes in the glass fixed with existing structure at the height upto 20m. The periphery shall be sealed both from inside and outside with silicon weather sealant to make the glazing water / airtight. (Maximum size of the length and width of the pannel shall be measured for payment). (Air side) (This item includes the removal of broken glass and disposal of the same outside the Terminal Building premises)

Providing and fixing laminated glass panel for glass skylight with 13.52 mm thick (consisting the 6mm thick high performance cool light series ST-736 toughened glass + 1.52mm PVB + 6 mm clear toughened glass) of approved make including making suitable holes in the glass fixed to existing structure at the height upto 25 m. The periphery shall be sealed both from inside and outside with silicon weather sealant to make the glazing water / airtight. (Maximum size of the length and width of the pannel shall be measured for payment). (Sky light ) (This item includes the removal of broken glass and disposal of the same outside the Terminal Building premises)

Providing and fixing laminated glass panel for glass canopy with 13.52 mm thick (consisting the 6mm thick high performance cool light series ST-136 toughened glass + 1.52mm PVB + 6 mm clear toughened glass) of approved make including making suitable holes in the glass fixed to existing structure at the height 5 to 15m. The periphery shall be sealed both from inside and outside with silicon weather sealant to make the glazing water / airtight. (Maximum size of the length and width of the pannel shall be measured for payment). (Canopy City side) (This item includes the removal of broken glass and disposal of the same outside the Terminal Building premises)

Providing and fixing glass panel for the glazing of connecting tube (aerobridge passage), with 12 mm SGG Dew drop ST 150 mm toughened bent/curved glass in required shape & size at the height upto 10m as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The glazing unit shall consists of curved glass panel fixed with the existing structure. The periphery shall be sealed both from inside and outside with silicon weather sealant to make the glazing water / airtight. (Maximum size of the length and width of the pannel shall be measured for payment). (This item includes the removal of broken glass and disposal of the same outside the Terminal Building premises)

Providing and fixing glass panel of any size in frameless glass internal partitions / doors with 12mm clear toughened glass (for height upto 6m) of approved make as per elevation with existing S.S. fittings as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The glazing unit shall consists of glass panel fixed with the existing SS fittings. The periphery shall be sealed both from inside and outside with silicon weather sealant to make the glazing water / airtight. (Maximum size of the length and width of the pannel shall be measured for payment). (This item includes the removal of broken glass and disposal of the same outside the Terminal Building premises)

Non-comprehenssive Annual maintenance of authomatic door by Dorma Specialized agency in Terminal Building, this includes 04 nos. of preventive maintenance at an interval of three months and unlimited number of break down maintenance excluding of acessories/material charges for one year (Payment will be made on quartely basis after carry out the maintenance work and submission of documentray proof / visit report.)

(Both the PVC sheets shall be treated as one and measurement shall be made in SQM to the size of acrylic sheet/board over which the PVC sheets are pasted. The acrylic sheet shall be measured separately.)

Providing and fixing cupboard or ward robe locks of Godrej make including necessary screws etc.complete.

Supply of commercial ply of ISI mark in partition etc. as well as making office rakcs of various size & shape having arranagement for sliding drawers and openable shutters (Lamination & hinges, sliding channels, handles shall be paid for seperately):

ADDL MISC ITEMS - SPECIAL REPAIR

Supply of packed polysulphide sealing compound of approved make (STP-Shaliseal PS PG, Pidilite, Choksey-Tech seal 940 GG, Fosroc.) at site including carriage, taxes etc all complete as per direction of engineer incharge.

Supply of primer for polysulphide sealing compound of approved make (STP-Shaliseal PS, Pidilite, Choksey RDL 942, Fosroc.) at site including carriage, taxes etc all complete as per direction of engineer incharge. The primer shall be of same make as of polysulphide sealing compound.

Supply of packed bag of micro concrete of approved make (STP-Shalifix MC, Pidilite, Choksey-Master rock, Fosroc.) at site including carriage, taxes etc all complete as per direction of engineer incharge.

Supply of bonding agent for micro concrete of approved make (STP-Shali SBR Latex, Pidilite, Choksey-Master Bond EP, Fosroc.) at site including carriage, taxes etc all complete as per direction of engineer incharge. The bonding agent shall be of same make as of micro concrete.

Supply of weatherproofing silicone sealant of approved brand (Dow corning 789, Alstone , Dr.Fixit or as approved by E-I-C) in one pack.

Application of microconcrete of approved make at site as per manufacturer's specification including cutting the affected area to required depth, chipping off loose material cleaning the affected area to be repaired with blower, applying a priming coat of bonding agent, mixing the concrete, pouring, finishing, texturing etc. all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.(The micro concrete and bonding agent shall be paid extra).

Credit for taking away following dismantle materials from the site outside Airport premises alongwith his own cost of transportation, AEP etc all complete. (Note:- Rate shall be treated as minus rate and the percentage quoted by agency (above/below) shall not be applicable on these items, Amount shall be deducted from contractor's bill).
