Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated rock, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but n. exc. 3 m deep in soft/disintegrated rock for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading watering and well raming in layer exceeding 25 cm each in any type of soil/rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils/rock) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of sewage line 150/200 mm diameter and any description including in between manholes, manually or mechanically to clear the sludge/ blockage inside the sewage line and manholes by taking of mud/ sludge water/ night soil, salted soil and flushing with water to drain out sludge etc. to ease the flow of sewage including removing the sludge from site and re-fixing manhole covers properly complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Line cleared and measured once will not be measured again within next two months. In case of blockage re-occur in the same line within two months contractor will clear the same without any extra cost to the Govt.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipe 150 mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints and jointed with approved adhesive and laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, 200 mm bore, laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1 complete with collars and tested all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, 300 mm bore, laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1 complete with collars and tested all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry, type C-1 (1:3:6) (20 mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on walls/ concrete/roof slab any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface/block masonary in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface or block masonary, 15 mm thick in two layers of 10 + 5 mm in CM 1:4, top layer of 5 mm thick mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic emulsion primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars upto 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and dewatering of septic tanks of any size or depth including cleaning outlet and inlet chambers, outlet/ inlet pipes, grills etc. of any description and removing mud/ solid sludge and finally washing with water for smooth functioning incl. removing sludge out side MOD land at places approved by Municipal authorities by Manual means complete all as directed. NOTE:- (i) Septic tank cleared and measured once will not be measured again within next six months.

Cleaning and dewatering of soakage well of any dia and depth including cleaning outlet and inlet chambers, outlet/ inlet pipes, grills etc. of any description and removing mud/ solid sludge and finally washing with water for smooth functioning incl removing sludge out side MOD land at places approved by Municipal authorities by mechanical means complete all as directed.

Cleaning / removal of blockage from EWC/ IWC/ wash hand basin etc. choked with mud and other accumulated solids, semi solids etc. in bath room and blockage connected with WC sewage line to primary manholes any size and dry sewage line manually with proper cleaning with rubber brush/other instruments and cleaning with water for proper functioning of same on day to day basis as per complaint slip received from concerned AGE/JE B/R-I in the office of GE Gomantak on all working days from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of terrace/ loft water storage tank/ static water tank (RCC/PVC) from inside N. exc. 500 ltr capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water, disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5 gms per ltr capacity of tank including marking the date of cleaning on the side of the tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing off waste complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) If any pipe line/ ball valve etc. is damaged the same will be repaired by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.
