(A) EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY NOTE FOR SER ITEMs NO. 8.00 to 11.00 BELOW :- Cost of cutting chases and making good unless otherwise specified shall deemed to be included in Sch'A' part I as per para17 (vi) of Sch'A' Notes on Ser Page No. 21 .

Supply, install, connecting, testing and commissioning electric motor driven Centrifugal Pump set, Horizontal split case, with suitable suction / delivery head of 90 meters and discharge of 1600 LPM coupled with three phase induction motor 415V 2900 RPM with capacity 37 KW 50HP ,including base frame for pump CI impeller with suitable motor mounted on common base plate duly aligned including suitable MS fabricated common base frame with foundation, and connected with inlet as well as delivery pipe with standard arrangement as per manufacturer specification motor,pump, base complete including painting MS common base frame and other steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including accessories all as specified and directed. Make:- Kirloslar Model DB- 65/26 or equivalent make of KSB / Mather & Platt / CG

Note: The rate quoted by contractor includes minor alteration to existing foundation / suction pipe / delivery pipe at site if necessary to suite manufacturer specification.

Supply and fixing Mechanical joint size of 200 mm dia bore one side flange and one side socket type made out of MS sheet of thickness not less than 10mm fabricated as per existing site requirement including long MS nut, bolt, rubber gasket, cutting/fixing of pipe in position of any size CI/MS/AC pipe with the help of manually as well as mechanical T&P complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fabricating, laying and testing of header made out of MS tube “C” class as per Drawing No 01 attached as per Appx " A", including PCC foundation Excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Foot Valve conforming to IS 4038 flanged type complete with nut, bolts and washers and necessary fittings of size 80 mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply, Laid, testing and commission LT cable unarmoured heavy duty electric 1100 volt AC grade of copper conductor laid in PVC conduit of size 3 core 25sqmm, including all connected accessories like lugs etc all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning factory made indoor LT Panel board CPRI type tested, indoor type, weather/ vermin proof, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet in cubical pattern of suitable size, duly powder coated with front opening, floor mounted free standing type and compartmentalized construction, suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply having 3 phase and neutral, 3 Nos aluminium bus bar of 400 Amps for 3 phase and neutral bus bar of 200 amps capacity duly insulated with heat shrinkable colour coated sleeve complete and painted with powder coating & both side openable with locking arrangement complete with IP 52 class protection and mounted on base angle iron 50x50x5mm, grouted with PCC (1:3:6) foundation / bedding up to height of 30 cm above ground level and the job includes dismantling of existing LT panel carefully without damaging incoming cables and connecting to proposed pumpset all as specified and directed at Kudmud pump house. The suitable size of panel shall comprises of following items accessories:

Material and labour for valve chamber of size 1500mmx1500mmx1200mm (Internal) with fly ash brick masonary 230 mm thick in CM 1:6, PCC 1:4:8 type, D2 foundation 75 mm thick, finished fair and even, PCC 1:2:4 type, B1 coping 150 mm thick on top of brick wall for fixing chamber cover, 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 plaster on exposed surfaces of brick wall (both internal and external), mild steel cover of 3.00 mm thick inclduding mild steel angle iron 40x40x6 mm size frame fixed to PCC coping with the same size of angle iron hold fast and with necessary handle and locking arrangements, metal surfaces duly painted with two coat of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and finishing the masonry/concrete surfaces with 3 coats of white wash including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below nominal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than not less than 1.5 metres below nominal ground level galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 pit and RCC 1:2:4 type B-2 cover funnel & watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade, wiremesh, charcoal dust and common salt earth complete all as specified and as directed. Note- GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Cutting existing steel tubing in position for alternation as per site (each cut measured ) in any condition size of 80 mm to 100 mm bore all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Boulder pitching grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 17 above but except Boulder all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6.3 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below ground level , connected to GI strips of size 32x 6 mm as earthling lead by means blots and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel, wire mesh. CI cover with frame etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata , returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Sch Part I , connected to Earthing test point all as specified and directed on testing on completion. 02 For pannel 05 for pole)
