Operation of ADM building Sewage Pump House. Removing of floating materials from the collected waste water, operating inlet and outlet valves, pump switch etc. through out the shift for the smooth operation of the ADM building sewage Pump house areas as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Operation of CARBON AREA Sewage Pump House. Removing of floating materials from the collected waste water, operating inlet and outlet valves, pump switch etc. through out the shift for the smooth operation of the Carbon area sewage Pump house as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Operation of POTLINE AREA Sewage Pump House. Removing of floating materials from the collected waste water, operating inlet and outlet valves, pump switch etc. through out the shift for the smooth operation of the Potline area sewage Pump house as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Removing of floating materials from the waste water collected inside sump including cleaning of equipments and surrounding area of waste water treatment plant & zero discharge sump as the direction of Manager-in-charge.

Cleaning and removing of sludge from the ADM pump house (overall dimension) - 4.0M dia mtr, Liquid depth (Bottom level)- 10.0M lift upto 8.00M to 10.00m. and lead to 100m. disposed the same in the low laying area of pump houses including all tools, tackles and labours etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Cleaning and removing of sludge from the Carbon area pump house(overall dimension) 3.0M dia mtr, Liquid depth (Bottom level)- 6.0M lift upto 8.00M to 10.00m. and lead to 100m. disposed the same in the low laying area of pump houses including all tools, tackles and labours etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Cleaning and removing of sludge from the base screen provided in the manhole, adjacent to pump house lift upto 3.00m and lead to 100m. disposed the same in the low laying area of pump houses including all tools, tackles and labours etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge. (Over all diameter of manhole: 2.0M dia mtr, Bottom depth - 3.0M per cleaning)

Cleaning and removing of sludge from the sanitary sump lift upto 4.60m and lead to 100m. disposed the same in the low laying area of waste water treatment plant including all tools, tackles and labours etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge. (Overall dimension of sanitary sump.: Length- 8.0M, Breadth- 5.0M, Detph- 4.60M)

Cleaning and removing of sludge from the Contract chamber of the package unit lift upto 3.10m and lead to 100m. disposed the same in the low laying area of waste water treatment plant including all tools, tackles and labours etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Cleaning and removing of sludge from the Clarifier of the package unit lift upto 3.10m and lead to 100m. disposed the same in the low laying area of waste water treatment plant including all tools, tackles and labours etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Cleaning and removing of sludge from the Chlorine contract chamber of the package unit lift upto 3.10m and lead to 100m. disposed the same in the low laying area of waste water treatment plant including all tools, tackles and labours etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Cleaning and removing of sludge from the sludge recirculation chamber lift upto 2.50m and lead to 100m. disposed the same in the low laying area of waste water treatment plant including all tools, tackles and labours etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge. (Overall dimension of sludge recirculation chamber: Length- 3.0M, Breadth- 2.5M, Detph- 2.50M per cleaning)

Cleaning and removing of mud, slush, vegetation, garbage loose boulders from the sludge drying beds and disposed the same within 200 Mtr lead in the low laying area of waste water treatment plant including all tools, tackles and labours etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge. (Overall dimensions 10 nos. of Bed. - Length- 10.92M, Breadth- 10.00M/ Bed)

Cleaning and removing of mud, slush, vegetation, garbage loose boulders, coarse sand, granite stone, gravel etc. from the sludge drying beds and disposed the same within 200 Mtr lead in the low laying area of waste water treatment plant including all tools, tackles and labours etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge. (Overall dimensions 10 nos. of Bed. - Length- 10.92M, Breadth- 10.00M/ Bed )

Supplying and stacking round pebbles(gravel) of size 40mm and down size including cost of pebbles (gravel) loading, stacking inside waste water treatment plant, all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking graded granite stone aggregate of size 40mm and down size including cost of stone aggregate, loading, stacking in side waste water treatment plant, all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-cahrge.

Spreading of available stacked round pebbles (gravel) uniformly not exceeding 75mm thick inside the sludge drying beds, all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Spreading of available stacked stone aggregate uniformly not exceeding 200mm thick inside the sludge drying beds, all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking fine sand inside waste water treatment plant. including loading, carriage and stacking, all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Filling the available stacked sand inside sludge drying beds over the gravel layer not exceeding 150mm thick including dressing, leveling, all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Dewatering of sumps, zero discharge sumps, RCC chamber, manholes chamber, drain, water reservoirs using pump sets including cost of supply, transportation charges of pumps and all P.O.L. operator and repair maintenance charges during operation etc. all complete as per the specification and direction of Manager-in-charge.

Mechanized cleaning of sedimented sludge deposited in zero discharge sump pit with all machine, tools, tackles, labour complete. The sludge is to be discharge at designated place within 2 KM distance from sump complete in all respect as per direction of EIC (Dewatering of overbudden clear water to be paid separately). Trip of full load i.e. 6 cum in each trip will be certified for payment.
