M&L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggragate) surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2(using 40mm gr aggregate) in fdn, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C- 1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including all necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L. Walling of Random rubble, uncoursed , polygonal rubble walling brought up to course built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Kneelers, apex stones , pier caps ,columns, posts ,boundary pillars , bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks bonders (for stone walling). Corbels, brackets,etc. (Of any section indicated), with plain fair faces , including chamfers , weatherings , throuting etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6 with joints to match with surface including necessary form works as in precast bond stone complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 20mm in granite or trap stone of face beds and joints, a specified , of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm over in section in any position (unframed work). complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood in scantling clean sawn timber fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 6mm thick and 05 Nos of ply Veneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face on one side fixed with screws to timber frame work on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed),trussed, purlins,crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, Tee,angle,channel of flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming Fe410 Grade E250 quality A including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, welding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, welding etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment and confirming to Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L painting to new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, steel Sqm surfaces in two coats of synthetic emamel paint over a coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer not otherwise discribed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Gradelaid over a layer of 25 mm thick sand cushion including filling the joints with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
