eNIT 23 of 2026-27 Repairs Plumbing system

Demolishing of damaged concrete: Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Removal of debris: Removal of unhygienic materials (so classified by the site engineer) from designated sites and its disposal as per directions, all inclusive.

Refurbishment of Pit: Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.2.6.1 All kinds of soil :

Replacement of Concrete: Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering 1:2:4 Mix

Replacement of damaged brick work: Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand):

Repairs to plaster: 12mm Cement plaster of mix:1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Centering and shuttering for repairs to concrete slab: with 12mm thick shuttering plywood confirming to IS 4990:2011 and removal of form at all heights. Plywood will be supported on lock bars.

Repairs of damaged slab work: Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 5.1.2 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Replacement of steel work: Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use "cut and bend"rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Repairs and replacement of Water Tanks: Providing and fixing circular high density polyethylene water storage loft tank with cover, conforming to ISI: 12701, colour of opaque white or as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes making necessary holes for inlet, outlet & over flow pipes. The base support i/c fittings & fixtures for tank shall be paid separately. (4000 L underground and 1000 L roof top)
