M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with PCC solid blocks in 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates, exc. 10cm in width and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on other than fair faces of Brick / Concrete Surfaces on walls in CM (1:6), finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM I : 4 including 3 to 5% of water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete. WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for two coats of weather Proof Exterior acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal property on newly plastered surfaces including preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for oil bound distempering two coats over a coat of alkali resistant primer including preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

M & L for 1 mm thick on wall care putty on wall complete all as sepecified and as directed.

M & L TMT bars 6 mm to 8mm dia as in stirrups, spacers, binders cut to length bent to shape required and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia.

M & L for Use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, beams columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

M & L Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for false ceiling with aluminum grid work (Size of grid 600x600 mm) with 25 x 25 x 1.5 mm main tee and 25 x 25 x 1.4 mm cross tee and wall angle and suspended with 2mm dia GI wire hooked to roof with needful adjustment bolts at an interval of 1.20 m centre to centre staggered and board with Eco board decorative type size 600 x 600 x 4 mm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, including cranking to shape as specified and fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plain, Aluminium sheeting 0.56mm thick, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed)all as specified and as directed.

M & L for light coloured vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n exc. 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured or white cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 22 above here in before, but on vertical surfaces including 10mm thick CM 1:3 as in backing coat of dado/Skirting complete.

M&L for providing 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stonne aggregate as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium composite panel sheet of 3 - 4mm thick with 0.5mm thick alluminium sheet both side, fixed on aluminium frame work with plastic strips (double sided sticker) of suitable size of varying thickness of 10mm to 30mm applying adhesive over aluminium sections for fixing composite panel and fixed with screws. The joints of panels shall be filled with weather proof sealant for required portion, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Painting one coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for powder coated Anodised aluminium frame for doors windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified

S&F for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of Anodised 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows,partition & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

S&F for Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass /stainless steel screws @200 mm center to center, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening all complete as per requirement and direction of engr in charge.

Supply & fix 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with rubber packing around the glass, in squares not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixed 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board, exterior grade, pre-laminated on both side with decorative choice lamination fixed with aluminium beeding as in door panel .

S&F aluminium fly proof mesh 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm and fiexed with aluminium straps complete incl taking down.

Supply only mild steel bolts with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm long n.exc 10 cm long dia metre of neck exceeding 11 to 15 mm complete.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specfied and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides and sofit of floor & roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressumers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including support, overhang etc also spray between floor and beam for fair finished flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
