Operation of different capacity Centrifugal and Submersible pump sets for loading water into the UG sumps/OH tanks of staff quarters, office building by operating different suction / delivery valves, ensuring availability of water at all Bldgs/blocks & quarters. Operation of 125 KVA DG sets at during power fail or as and when required, operating change over switches for providing DG power supply to the Building and Income Tax department (Rented out portion), maintaining log books for DG set and Pump sets, monitoring the condition of the pumps, motors and control panels, greasing of bearings, cleaning of Pumps, pump houses, control panels , substation rooms/yards, DG sets, metering panels. and attending day to day minor electrical faults of fittings and fans in staff quarters, switching On and switching OFF the compound lights/Gate lights, replacement of defective components in fittings and fans, replacement of fuses, MCBs, wires etc. (materials will be arranged separately), supplying of distilled water, grease, fuse wire, cotton waste etc., recording complaints in complaint register and ensuring non wastage of electrical energy & water etc. as required. (Note: Details of Electromechanical Services available at site is given in Annexure "A")
