M&L for light shade Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick laying floor finished in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm/450 x 350 x 7mm thick over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as in backing coat for tiles on vertical surfaces,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 15 mm thick over screed bed or bedding layer of motar for laying floor finished in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment including 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4, for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for aluminium anodised snap grid frame (with minimum 15 micron uniform anodic coating) size of 600 X 600 mm consisting of Tee/ Angle section of size 40x40x2 mm thick as approved make confirming to IS-733 in frames of false ceiling including aluminium cleats with necessary CP brass / stainless steel shunk screws, aluminium perimeter angles fixed to wall wooden frame at centre to centre and fixing frame to level adjusting anchors 6mm dia GI wire hook in Tee members at 1.5 m centre to centre fixed to steel truss of roof including dismantling of Wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including hangers & cover fillets/frame work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in position 4 mm thick Non asbestos designer ceiling board of size 595 X 595 mm as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters exc 1.50 sqm and n.exc 4 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Solid PVC door frame of size 50X47 mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying & fixing in opening complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuckinside solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail & bootom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/ sealed to the stieles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joining together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and directed.
