Charges for provision of safety officer assisting safety persons during and after commissioning of systems and condition monitoring Activities, of equipments in Boiler, Turbine and BOP areas.

Charges for assisting condition monitoring of equipments during and after commissioning of systems in Boiler, First Pass, Extended Pass, Back Pass, Startup System, HWL valve 1 & 2 , MEFCV skid, Boiler Circulating Pump, LP Condensate pumps, Separators, Soot Blowers, Wall blowers, Wind Box, Burner registers, Burner oil skids & oil guns, H SOFA & L SOFA registers, Emergency cooling water tank and connected pumps and valves, Spray station, Soot blower Station, Scanner air fans, Oil station in the boiler area, all Motor / hand operated valves etc, including PRDS floor station.

Charges for assisting condition monitoring of equipments in Air pre Heaters, ESP, ID, FD, PA fans and connected ducts, Gates & Dampers etc. during and after commissioning

Charges for assisting condition monitoring during and after commissioning of Turbine and its auxiliaries such as HP, IP, LP1 & LP 2 Turbines, along with its Bearing pedestal & auxiliaries, HP/LP Heaters, HP/LP Flash tanks, Flash Boxes, EOT Cranes-4 no’s, Main Lube oil system (MOT), HPSU (Governing oil system), Motor Driven / Steam Driven Boiler feed pumps & Booster pumps with lube oil system and its accessories , HP/LP Bypass system, Overload Valves, Debris Filter System, Condenser online tube cleaning system, Condensers 1 & 2 with its accessories, Condensate Extraction pumps A, B & C, Condensate Polishing unit Vessel and Regeneration areas , Drip Pumps, Air Evacuation system including Vacuum pumps , Both SG & TG DMCW system with its accessories, ACW Selfcleaning strainers, Dozing system (Ammonia, Hydrazine & NaOH ), Central Lube oil Purification unit with DOT,COT, Centrifuges for MOT, TDBFP A & B and CLOPS , Air receiver tanks, and misc. Pumps and associated equipments, etc., checking the oil levels and topping up the oil whenever required and attending the gland leaks for pumps and valves as directed by the Engineer- in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during and after commissioning of Sea Water Intake System and sea water outfall system and associated equipments, in sequence as per the operational procedures and also Monitoring & taking readings at local for entire system and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning, checking the oil levels and topping up the oil whenever required and attending the gland leaks for pumps and valves etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during and after commissioning of Plant Water System (which includes Pre Treatment Plant,Clarifier System,Pressure Sand Filters (PSF),Pressurized Ultra-Filtration (UF) System, Sea Water Reverse Osmosis system (SWRO) Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis system (BWRO),Membrane Cleaning & protection system, degasser system, DM system (MB), Remineralization system, valves and piping system), Waste water pump house, DM water Pump house, Sludge water pump house, Remin pump house, Makeup water pump house, Electrochlorination plant, ETP system, CPU Regeneration Plant, Neutralization pit, filter water Pump House, checking the oil levels and topping up the oil whenever required and attending the gland leaks for pumps and valves, Control room HVAC, all storage tanks and etc., in sequence as per the operational procedures / as per the instructions of TNPGCL Engineers and also Monitoring & taking readings at local for entire system and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during and after commissioning of Cooling Water Pump House System including cooling water pumps, ACW pumps, blowdown pumps etc., and sludge transfer pumps and other associated equipments in NDCT in sequence as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for entire system and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., checking the oil levels and topping up the oil whenever required and attending the gland leaks for pumps and valves as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during and after commissioning of Plant Air Compressor system, Aux Boiler Operation in sequence as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for entire system and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Charges for Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during and after commissioning of HVAC and Air washer system in BTG areas like CCR, TG building, GIS and ESP from control room and FOPH, SWIPH, AHP MCC Buildings, CHP MCC Buildings,CWPH in sequence as per the operational procedures and also taking readings at local for entire system and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,

Charges for Providing round the clock essential monitoring of activities, during and after commissioning of Fire Water Pump House System, High Velocity Water Spray system, Medium Velocity Spray System, Inert gas system, including pipe lines, all types of valves with fire Protection and alarm pannels and etc., in sequence as per the operational procedures and also Monitoring & taking readings at local for entire system inside & outside of the plant and carryout minor repair works, general cleaning etc., as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge including T&Ps, consumables, crane charges etc.,
