Providing material and labour for injecting Chemical emulsion for PRE - CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier on the top surface of plinth filling, inside junction of wall and floor,as per IS 6313 (Part-2)-1981 using Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration . The emulsion shall mentioned below, all as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Plinth area in plan at GF shall only be measured (for all below specified steps) and paid. A guarantee bond of 10 years shall be furnished. A) Bottom surface and the sides of the excavation made for masonry foundations at the rate of 4 liters/sqm (wherever applicable) B) Top surface of the plinth filling of 5 liter/sqm of internal plinth area etc. complete. C) At the rate of 7.5 liter/ sqm to the internal vertical surface from original Ground level to top of the earth filled in the plinth. Providing material and labour for fixing factory made and pressed laminated 35mm thick flush door shutter of specificied thickness made of ISI marked non decorative type flush door shutters confirming to IS- 2202 (Part 1), core of block board construction with door frame of size mentioned in approved drawing with hard wood.Both faces shall be finished with 4mm thick decorative veneer of approved make, shade and finish fixed with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin type adhesive conforming to IS 848 including providing and fixing external lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens, exposed (37mm x 12mm)/ concealed (35mm x 12mm) on all four edges of door shutter as required and polished to match with the finish of veneer. The door frame shall be finished with 2 coats of synthetic enamel including 1 coat of wood primer to door frame and lapi/ lacquer polishing with primer on all exposed side of lipping, all as per approved drawing, for all floor, all level all height etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Providing material and labour for fixing of Hollow metal fire rated doors of approved make and shade as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have doors tested at CBRI against Test Schedule Ref No FR/0490 or ARAI for maximum rating of 2hrs with vision panel. Test certificates should be available for vision lites /panels as part of the fire door assembly. Independent glass test certificates will not be accepted. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single & double leaf doors and Hardware should pass European certificate "CE" of conformity / UL with required fire ratings. Any deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Approved manufacturer subject to architect’s approval and should be ISO Certified company. Providing material and labour for fixing Fire rated Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 143 x 57 mm made out of 1.60mm (16gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and SS 304 anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry opening. Frames shall be finished with etched primer coating, stove zinc phosphate primer and thermosetting polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt spray test as per the directions of Engineer - in- charge. Providing material and labour for fixing Fire rated Door shutter shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door shutter shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18guage) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendation with a beading and screws from inside. EPDM open cell sponge seal and bottom seal shall be provided at periphery and bottom of shutter as per manufacturer's specificatipon. Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation and Testing of Glass Reinforced Concrete (G.R.C) Panels of 20mm thick for ornamental work , sizes, pattern, design and colour etc. The GRC Panel needs to be design and installation to with stand the wind load movements . The Panels should be made from '53 grade' White Portland Cement , Quartz, Fine Silica Sand, Alkali Resistant Glass Fibre manufactured by 'NEG, Japan or CEMFIL, Spain' or equivalent, Super Plasticizers and Poiymeis manufactured by'BASF'. Sika,MYK Schomburg or equivalent U.V resistant Synthetic inorganic pigments should be used for pigmentation manufactured by BAYFERROX (Germany)' or equivalent. The material casting should take place in Synthetic Rubber / FRP Mould manufactured by 'Reckli' or equivalent. The fixing of Screens should be 'Dry fixing' to adequate steel frame work (If required) i.e. to be done with Stainless Steel (SS - 304) 'L' shaped Clamps, Metallic dash fasteners and pins. The fastening brackets with washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners and anchor bolts. Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawings. Rates are inclusive of cost of include all related hardware, materials, labour, wastages, lead, lifts, necessary staging / scaffolding, cutting, tools and machinery and design wastage.

Sec.8.0 Waterproofingworks Toilet waterproofing Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs,bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours.The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry
Providing material and labour for laying integral cement based water proofing treatment (India type brick bat) including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc with average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm and consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in- charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer in- charge. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge for all height all level.
Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI-212-3R-2010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self-healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-incharge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage. For vertical surface two coats @ 0.70 kg per sqm

Hole Packing treatment on service line Providing material and labour for applying total packing treatment on any type of pipes comes into water proofing area for all floor, all height as directed by engineer in charge as follows : Preparing the inside surface of core and Pipe by roughening using suitable Sand paper to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or loose flaky particles. Applying a coat of styrene- butadiene based polymer coating using Styrene Butadine Polymer bonding agentto enhance adhesion between the packing material and other surfaces. Packing the gap using non shrink cement polymer based grout using Non-shrink cementitious grout upto the surface of the bore whilst the bonding agent is in tacky state before application of water proofing treatment. Treatment shall be executed by same agency with same manufacturer's product. Warranty includes in water proofing item.
Providing and mixing Migratory Corrosion Admixture POLYALK CP 293 having Specific Gravity 1.01 to 1.04, pH value (Minimum 9.50) shall be alkaline in nature and having bipolar concrete penetrating corrosion inhibiting properties, inhabitor shall be non-nitrite based & have the ability to provide corrosion protection to both anodic and cathodic sites on the steel surface, inhibitor-steel complex shall formed polydentate complexes, having more than one bond with steel per molecule of inhibitor, with steel surface to promote proper film formation with enhenced bond to steel, inhibiting the electro-chemical corrosion reaction, inhibitor shall not have any adverse effect on concrete compressive strength, inhibitor shall have a corrosion rate of zero coulombs per ASTM-G109-2005, admixture shall be conforming to IS 9103 and in liquid form at the rate of 3Kg per one cubic meter volume of concrete admixture shall be added to the water, during mixing of cement, sand & aggregates and at the same rate admixture shall be added in case of Ready Mix Concrete at plant site, mixing of admixture during mixing of cement, sand and aggregates OR at work site the admixture shall be added in Concrete Transit Mixer before pumping / placing of concrete etc. complete.
9.0 Flooring works: Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1-cement : 2-coarse sand : 4-graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer and finished with a floating coat of neat cement. (B) 50mm thick. (more than 10 ton)
Providing material and labour for laying 8 to 10mm thick, double charged Vitrified tiles of size upto 600mm (of any shade glossy, matt or satin finsh) of approved make, shade and finish as approved by Architect/ EIC for all floors/ any height/ any levels etc in wall tile, dado, risers of steps, jambs as per drawings. Wall tile is to be fixed over 10 to 12 mm thick smooth finish plaster in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and fixed with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including provision of groove, grouting of joints, finishing of joints, curing etc complete for all floors any heights, any lead and lift as directed by Engineer-In-Charge In charge. Epoxy grouting shall be paid in relevant tender item. Sample and mockup shall be approvd procurement of material.
Providing material and labour for laying 8 to 10mm thick, double charged Vitrified tiles of size 600mm x 1200mm (of any shade glossy, matt or satin finsh) of approved make, shade and finish as approved by Architect/ EIC for all floors/ any height/ any levels etc in flooring and skirting as per drawings. Extra for providing material and labour for Hot dip galvanizing work confirming to IS 4759/ 2629/ 2633 with zinc of 610 GSM thickness on Cable tray, Railing, Handrail, facade framing, supports for mechanical equipments, garbage box, Street furniture and similar works etc made from solid flat, bar, RHS, SHS, tubular hollow sections etc. as per the drawing and as instructed by engineer in charge. The rate shall include preparing the surface by shot blasting/ acid washing prior to hot deep galvanizing, labor, tools, machinery etc complete (Sample to be approved). The weight of steel sections before galvanization shall be measured for payment. The cost of steel sections shall be paid for separately under relevant item.
Sec.11.0 Painting works White washing with lime on wall and ceiling surface (two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly booming the surface to remove all dirt, dust; mortar drops and other foreign matter etc complete for all floors, all heights, all level as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Polishing in high gloss/matt finish PU clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed below: 1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper no.180 and then with sand paper of no.s 320/400.Wipe surface to clean off loose dust particles 2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. 3. On drying of sealer coat, surface to be rubbed with sand paper no: 320/400, wipe off the lose dust particles,then surface is applied with special grade fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again rubbing is done this surface with sand paper no: 320/400 and further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4. On this, 1st coat of PU polish is applied with spray gun using PU clear polish and PU thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 12-14 hrs then this dry surface is again rubbed with sand paper no: 320/400. The final PU polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using PU clear polish and PU thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Final coat to be done in 2 layers without gap of time.)
Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 13.61.1 Two or more coats on new work
Providing material and labour for applying external finish of average 2 to 2.5mm thick acrylic polymer based texture and pattern with standard tool and applicator as specified by manufacturer on exterior surfaces at all heights including scaffolding to give even shades including thoroughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droping and other foreign matter and sand paper smoothed as per the manufacture specifications etc. complete for all floor, all height, all level and up to the satisfaction of Engineer in-charge/ Architect. Sec.13.0 Interior works: Providing material and labour for fixing eco-friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles having Tegular edge & 15 mm Thick Densified edges on the Tile Periphery for Extra Strength The Light weight calcium silicate ceiling tiles shall have, light reflection 85% non-combustible as per BS 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity0.043° w/m KC for the best thermal Insulation. The Light weight calcium Silicate tile shall be of approved texture of size 595 x 595 x 15 mm to be laid on true horizontal level suspended inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and size of 24X38mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm centre to centre, and cross ‘T’ of size 24x28mm made out of 0.33mm (Minimum) sheet spaced 1200mm along spaced between main ‘T’ at 600mm centre to centre to form agrid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross ’T’ to be interlocked at middle of the 1200X600mm panel to form grid of size 600x600mm resting on periphery walls/ partitions on a perimeter wall with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval and laying 15mm thick Densified edges light weight calcium silicate ceiling tiles in the grid including, cutting /making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required, Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized steel level clips of size 85X30X0.8mm, spaced at 1200mm centre to centre long main ‘T’ bottom exposed with 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by engineer-in-charge.
Providing & Fixing M/F Suspended 12.5mm Plain Gypsum Board which includes GI Perimeter Channel is fixed along the perimeter of existing wall/ partition with the help of screws at 600mm centres. GI Ceiling Angle is suspended at up to suitable height as per sight conditions by fixing it to the GI soffit clit with Soffit Cleat and Rawl Plug creating 1220mm x 1220mm grid. GI Intermediate channel is fixed to the GI Ceiling Angle with 2 Nos of 4.2x13 GI metal to metal screw. The GI Ceiling Section is then fixed to the GI Intermediate Channel with the help of Connecting Clip and in direction perpendicular to the Intermediate channel at 457mm c/c. All framing and grid section shall be GI (as per IS 513) having yeild strength 300 mpa and galvanized finish of 150 GSM as per IS 277. Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge Plain Gypsum Board (Confirming to IS 2095-Part-I, 2011) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws at 230mm centres. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing Compound & Joint Paper tape. The contractor should prepare shop drawings based on the concept drawing and get it approved by the Engineer-in-charge. After approval of drawings, the contractor shall prepare the sample based on the drawing and get it approved by the Engineer-in-Charge before execution. Rates shall be inclusive of cost of making cut outs/ openings for electrical fixtures, tube lights/ air-conditioners, grills, diffusers etc & providing additional sections for strengthening the openings/ cutouts, making grooves between wall & board or as per drawing for all floor, all level, all height etc as directed by Engineer in charge. Area of cutouts shall not be deducted and no extra payment shall be considered for additional sections provided. Only plan area shall be considered for payment.
Wooden veneer ceiling: Providing and fixing ply + veneer false ceiling on GI framing system for false ceiling work as per drawing and as following. 1) GL framing system which includes Perimeter Channel is fixed along the perimeter of existing wall/ partition with the help of screws at 600mm centers. Ceiling Angle is suspended at up to suitable height as per site conditions by fixing it to the soffit Cleat and Rawl Plug to creating grid. Intermediate channel is fixed to the Ceiling Angle with 2 Nos of 4.2x13 metal to metal screw. The Ceiling Section is then fixed to the Intermediate Channel with the help of Connecting Clip and in direction perpendicular to the Intermediate channel. All framing materials shall be of GI (IS513), YS-300Mpa, Finish-Galvanized 150GSM (IS 277). 2) 12mm backing play wood shall be 303 BWR grade of approved make shall be fixed on both side of MS framing of false ceiling work with SS screws. 3) 4mm thick teak veneer shall be fixed on ply with adhesive, hardware etc complete. 4) Wooden Beading shall be applied on all the sides of the panels of required size. 5) All exposed surface of wooden shall be lacquer polished of approved make, shade and texture. Actual area of veneer surface shall be measured and paid in sqmt without considering any wastage. Contractor shall get the sample of all material approved by Architect/ Engineer-in-charge.
Providing material and labour for fixing fabricated metal single shutter/ double shutter trap door made from 0.8 mm MS sheet, Inner Frame - 1.5 mm, Outer Frame - 2mm MS sheet and finished with powder coating of approved shade/ enamel/ acrylic paint (primer + 3 coats of paint) of approved make and shade. Door shall be installed on existing false ceiling framing with extra MS suspender with necessary hardware like allen key lock, hinges/ pivot, safety chain etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. A guarantee bond of 10 years shall be furnished. Garden Soil Filling Providing material and labour for Filling mixture of good quality garden soil obtained from outside for all lead and lift with farm yard manure and pesticides in exacavated tree pit, tree pit, shrub area including watering, ramming well, consolidating, compacting and dressing etc. complete, as directed by engineer in charge. Excavation shall be paid in revevant tender item.
Tree plantationSupplying material and labour for planting of trees including termite treatment, and planting of plants in existing prepared tree pit or excavated pit. (height 4'-6' above bags/pots). Soil mounts 4”-6” in size. Tree plantation should be carried on neatly accurately and with perfection as per drawing and instruction given by the EIC. Plastic bags or pots should be removed carefully and soil around the roots should not be dropped or disturbed much. Bill shall be placed after completion of maintenance period but not before stabilizing the hedges. Rates for mortality to be inclusive. Providing and fixing tripod made of wooden balli, height 1.50mtr. Top bracket to be 300mm x 300mm. leg embedded in ground up to 300mm and to have tar coat. Work shall be done as shown in the drawing or as directed and approved by EIC. Excavation and soil filling shall be paid in relevant tender item.
Supplying well grown shrub plants and ground cover plants of average height 3' to 4' and planting in planter box or prepared ground area (prepared and filled with garden soil filling). Plants should be disease free and fungus free in 8"x 10" polythene bag. Plastic bags or pots should be removed carefully and soil around the roots should not be dropped or disturbed much. Distance between two shrub shall be as per drawing. Bill shall be placed after completion of maintenance period but not before stabilizing the shrubs. Mortality rates to be inclusive. Work shall be as directed and approved by Eingeer in charge. The ground coverage should be dense and uniform throughout the planting area. Excavation and soil filling shall be paid in relevant tender item.
Lawn Plantation :1) Supplying material and labour for filling with good quality garden soil obtained from outside, including watering, ramming well, consolidating, compacting and dressing etc. complete, as directed. Dressing and leveling the area by spreading 2"-3" of good quality soil & manual compaction as required and as approved by EIC.2) Supply and spreading of FYM (2.50 Cum in 100 Sqm area) shall be done in proper slope as per mention in drawing including watering and fine dressing. Termite treatment to be done before laying of FYM. 3) Supplying and planting of the specified lawn on above described surface. Plantation of lawn at distance 8cm c/c. When the grass is approximately 3 cm high, it shell be rolled with a light wooden roller and when it has grown up to 5 to 8 cms above the ground, weeds must be removed and after that lawn shall be cut to the appropriate height using the lawn cutter for minimum 3 to 4 times. Weeds shall be removed regularly and periodic top dressing of FYM shall be done during the maintenance period (Bill shall be placed after completion of maintenance period.) Work shall be done in the pattern as shown in the drawing or as directed and approved by Engineer in charge. Rate shall be inclusive of surface preparation for lawn planting, Termite Treatment, Plantation, Maintenance, Watering till the end of Maintenance Period as per the instruction of EIC. For Flat panels, plotter cut vinyl letters to pasted and for sliding profile print to be made of 3M vinyl printed with Hp latex 3rd Gen Eco friendly non toxic inks with UV lamination and 2 year print warranty. Sign panel shall be finished with anti-reflex cover 1mm thick with one side Matt and other side Glossy finish. Polypropylene (PP) End caps which can be fixed to the extrusion with the help of `screws. Panels shall be clicked on to the end caps. Aluminium framing shall be fixed on surface with SS 304 screw and signage pabnel shall be laid on aluminium framing as per manufacturer's specification. Rate shall be inclusive of total modular signage system for all level, all height etc complete as directed by engineer in charge.
