Providing and Fixing Noise Barrier System to reduce noise pollution from MG Showroom to K.N. Katju cut on the elevated road under North West Division Road-1.

Providing and fixing of noise barrier with Mono-absorbent box panels of size L 3.00m x W 0.5m x D 100mm comprising of 1.20mm thick micro perforated aluminum sheet in front face and connected with screws etc. with 1.20mm thick plain aluminum sheet surrounding micro perforated sheet forming box of size L 3.00m x W 0.5 x D 100mm with interlocking arrangement to place one box panel over including following material/components as under: 1. Providing and fixing of base plate 200x180x16mm top and verticle fixing with 4 nos chemical fastners M-16 x 150mm and with side stiffeners of size 100x30x12mm. 2. Providing and fixing of verticle mild steel coloumn 3 mtr centre to centre spacing 1.50 mtr height with side of MS plate channel 120x120x3.20mm back to back channel fixing with base plate as per specification and drawing. 3. Providing and fixing of 100mm thick mono absorbent box Panel of 1.20mm thick micro perforated Aluminium sheet in front face and 1.20mm thick plane Aluminium sheet in back face (JSW/TATA make) with filling of mineral wool/rockwool 75mm thickness of 96 kg/cum density including Panel fabrication and self screwing for Panel assembling. 4. Finishing of Panel by polyster powder coating (80-100 micron) and Panel chemical treatment of Aluminium sheet for fabrication (15 year warranty) and mild steel structure paint 2 coat zinc rich primer and 1 PU layer with 10 year warranty. 5. Providing and fixing Glass veil paper for water repellent sheet and EPDM Gasket for Noise leakage and cushioning effect. The work shall carried out as per NPL CSIR test report/specification and approved drawing issued by the Engineer-in-charge. The rates are including of all material and installation. Nothing extra shall be paid any account of this work. Traffic management, barricading, safety tools etc requirement for execution of work shall be provide by the agency.
