Dismantling of existing water proofing treatment, PCC works of any type upto existing RCC slab by chiesling, drilling, scraping etc complete all as specified and directed.

APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by LPG torched application over by applying evenly one coat of binding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over one coat of cold bitumenous oil based primer (IS : 3384) @ 250gm/sqm including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:3) on roof surface including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement to receive roof treatment, mixed with water proofing coumpound @ 3% by weight of cement over cleaned roof surface, as in grading to RCC roof surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Ceramic Terrace Tiles (300mm x 300mm x 10mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on water proof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20mm thick in CM1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including taking down/dismantling existing tiles with bedding layer of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of treatment roof surfaces and applying two coats of aluminium paint on APP surface complete all as specified and directed.

500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. ball valve of high pressure of PTMT 20mm bore with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball and screwed for iron pipe 20mm bore including taking down existing water storage tank complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting upto 1000 litre capacity existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs of roof treatment, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and same re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore with & including all fittings and complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, including taking up or down existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connecting including cleaning and including refixing for 20mm bore old steel water tubing and connection in new or old position including all new fittings and fixtures (wall, ceiling, floor etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 25mm bore with & including all fittings and complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, including taking up or down existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connecting including cleaning and including refixing for 25mm bore old steel water tubing and connection in new or old position including all new fittings and fixtures (wall, ceiling, floor etc) complete all as specified and directed.

20mm bore Gun-metal globe or gate valves (ISI marked), with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed and including taking down old unserviceable valve complete all as specified and directed.

Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT (Polytetra methylene terephthalate) with epoxy coated aluminum rod & high density plastic ball and fly nut, screwed for iron pipe 20mm dia (minimum weight 210 gms) fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding or similar work complete all as specified and directed.
