Toilet Dismantling: Carefully dismantling the floor tiles upto mother slab,wall tiles upto the brickwork face,basin counter including vertical supports, sanitary fitting & fixtures,Brick partition wall,brickwall ledge partition,false ceiling,Mild steel glazed windows etc., including stacking the usable / salvage items at place directed, making good the damages matching with the surroundings and disposing off the debris out of Banks premises complying the statutory nos to KMC dump yard etc..as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(plan area of floor,ceiling and elevation of peripheral wall will only be considered for measurement)(use of machines for dismantling is forbidden)(Noise causing work may be restricted during office hours)

Providing and fixing in position approved heavy quality 100 mm sand cast iron pipes for concealed / exposed work using pipes in required length with specials of ISI :3989 make or any other approved make for soil / waste line with all fittings and specials like bends, junctions with or without door Tee, etc., with cement gasket joints, making connection with CI trap, existing lines, gully traps, manholes, cutting holes in the walls, closing the same with cement concrete and finishing with cement mortar, painting the pipes with black bitumen for concealed piping work and with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over a coat of metal primer for exposed piping work, providing and fixing heavy quality MS clamps, etc. The rate shall also include for scaffolding, testing, commissioning etc. all complete as directed by engineers. The rate shall include chasing in walls for concealed piping work and refilling the same after laying of pipes with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 etc. complete. 100mm

Providing and fixing 25mm nominal dia CPVC pipes(SDR 11) having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CVPC plain & brass threaded fitting, i.e fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes of fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per the direction of Bank's Engineer.

Providing and fixing 40mm dia PVC pipes (HDPE, oriplast or any other approved by bank) sch. 80 quality/UPVC pipes of approved make of SCH 80 with all necessary fittings like PVC/UPVC tees, elbows, bends, G.I. clamp, hooks etc. including concealing in wall or floor, of required by cutting charges and mending damages.

Providing and fixing 110mm dia PVC pipes (Supreme,Astral or any other approved by bank) sch. 80 quality/ with all necessary fittings like PVC/UPVC tees, elbows, bends, G.I. clamp, hooks etc. including concealing in wall or floor, of required by cutting charges and mending damages.

Providing and fixing 75mm dia PVC pipes (Supreme,Astral or any other approved by bank) sch. 80 quality/ with all necessary fittings like PVC/UPVC tees, elbows, bends, G.I. clamp, hooks etc. including concealing in wall or floor, of required by cutting charges and mending damages.

Sunken floor Providing and applying polymer based two compound water proofing treatment to the sunken portion of the toilets, baths, kithcen etc. by using products of Sika Top seal 107,M/s Pidilite, M/s Fosroc, M/s MC-Bouchemie or any other approved equivalent in the following steps (i) Providing and applying 20mm thick water proofing cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound as per the manufacturer's specifications to the sunken floor and sides including rounding off junctions / corners with water proofing cement mortar etc. all complete (ii) Providing and applying two or more coats of two compound based polymer water proofing treatment with applicable coats (as per manufacturer's specifications) of water proofing polymer / chemical of Sika Top seal 107M/s Pidilite, M/s Fosroc, M/s MC-Bouchemie or any other equivalent approved make to the sunken floor, sides,walls etc.; testing the treated surface by ponding method(as per per feasibility) for 72 hours. (iii) Repeat the treatment till no seepage is observed on the treated surface Note :1. The entire sunken portion waterproofing treatment shall be completely leakproof as observed during DLP period .Any seepage observed during DLP shall be liable for redoing the entire waterproofing treatment failing which PBG will be envoked. 2.Single measurement of the floor and wall shall only be considered for payment for all sub items of work
