Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.5 m in depth for laying of pipes as in hard/dense soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling, including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material i.e soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L sand cushioning to underground cables 8 cm below the cable before laying and 15 cm above the cable after laying, and streching the cable complete welll ramming/compressed the sand upto 18 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F cable jointing kit outdoor termination heat shinkable type joint for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable complete with jointing meterial and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying/fixing, GI pipe light grade 100 mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement, including taking out old & removal, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, screened, stranded aluminum conductor 1100 Volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through roads etc, from R-I extn to Kali extn in hill sector complete all as specified and as directed of following cross sectiional area and sizes :-

(a) 95 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) 25 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, installation, commissioning and testing of (level 2) transformer step down 11/0.433KV capacity 100 KVA, out door type copper wound 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles per second, oil immersed naturally cooled external cooling tube core type delta connection on primary side (HV side) and star connection on secondary side (LV side) having tapping + 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10% to be charged by means of hand operated, off load/tap changing gear including first filling of new transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 60 KV with standard fittings such as two earting terminals for body and one additional for neutral brought out inbushing, oil level gauge indicator for level minimum and maximum, lifting lugs, rating and terminal plate, plain breather device with silica gel to prevent ingress of rain water and inserts, drain cum sampling valve 20mm bore steel with plug,dial type thermo meter, oil filling hole 32mm threaded with plug. The transformer shall be powder coated for water/dust and vermin proof.Note:- Transformer oil shall be conforming to requirements of IS-335-1993rec-2005 specification for new insulating oil for transformers. The transformer shall be IS-1180 (Part-I) 2014 with maximum total loses as per energy efficiency level-2 of IS:1180 (Part-I 2014) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Transformer will be installed in R-1 Extention in Hill sector. All T&P required for installation is included in quoted rates.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 25 x 4 mm thick thick as earthing lead by means of steel bolts,nuts, check nuts and washers test points made of GI strip 25 x 4 mm, 10 cm long ,PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in pit, angle iron 25X25X3mm frame work with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways abd 12mm dia MS fabricated handle, medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel, wire mess and light grade GI protection pipe 40mm bore upto 5m length for drawing in earth lead ,salt,charcol etc. including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009 part-I and connected complete all as specified including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for cross arms, bracings, suppots, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of High Tension (HT) XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, earthed electric power cable, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.0 core aluminum conductor 11000volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, from Tropo post to R-I extn in hill sector complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-55, 11.00 meter long, complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified including painting with two coats of aluminium paint heat resistant type over one coat of red oxide primer and making 06 Nos bands/straps with white and black colour (30 cm wide each) synthetic enamel paint at a distance 30 cm from plinth block and numbering of poles with black bitumenous synthetic enamel paint in 2.5 cm height including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concerete foundation complete all as per specified and directed

Constructruction of platform for single transformer & Panels of size 2.50m X 2.50mX1.20 m high from natural ground level with brick walling including steps, XPM fencing fixed on angle iron posts upto 1.0m height with gate and locking arrangement, painting including top shed of CGI sheet for protection from rain and snow falling, complete all as specified (R-1 extn in Hill sector) and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI water tubing 40mm bore with screwed socket joints, medium grade galvanised including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees laid in trenches and taking out unserviceable tube complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI water tubing 25mm bore with screwed socket joints, medium grade galvanised including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees laid in trenches and taking out unserviceable tube complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI water tubing 20mm bore with screwed socket joints, medium grade galvanised including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees laid in trenches and taking out unserviceable tube complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing horizontal multistage centrifugal pumpset of capacity 25HP, 3 phase, Head-288 TO 310mtr, 10cum/hr including base frame and foundation as per manufacturer's design and electric connection with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor cable drawing through and including flexible conduit from main control panel to starter and starter to motor including thimble of suitable size, and all necessary connection for suction and delivery pipes and all holding arrangements foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing horizontal multistage centrifugal pumpset of capacity 7.5HP, 3 phase, Head-,60 to 70mtr 10cum/hr including base frame and foundation as per manufacturer's design and electric connection with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor cable drawing through and including flexible conduit from main control panel to starter and starter to motor including thimble of suitable size, and all necessary connection for suction and delivery pipes and all holding arrangements foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Star Delta starter, oil immersed, initial oil filled, 3 phase, 50 c/s, 440 V suitable for 30 HP pumping set for heavy duty type: SSD complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make BCH

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connect to galvanised iron strip 32x6 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI or steel including excavation and earth work, GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI earth wire, GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering, charcoal dust, common salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber with CI PCC cover GI funnel and wire mesh all as shown in elect plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2007) including connection and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fixing PVC insulated, round seathed, electric cable with copper conductor, 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 10 sqmm, 3 core complete for motor connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L surface leveling and excavation for PCC 1:2:4 plateform of size 3.5m x 3.5m x1 m incl hard core, mild steel work in post, trusse purlin rafter incl other work including special shaped washer etc complete using EWR or induction butt welded of any section with 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvanised aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet having colour tensile strenght of 550 mpa as in roof coving/cladding, shed of size 3.5m x 3.5mx2.5m for motor starter and panel with internal light fittings including steel structure for protection from rain and snow etc all as per site requirement and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F PVC four layer water storage tank of capacity 2000 ltrs including required PCC works complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing control unit into sheet metal enclosure for motor mounted on suitable angle iron stand including all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Each control unit consist of MCCB 63 Amps-01 AND MCCB 100 Amp No, Single phase preventor-01 No, RYB indication light-01set, Ammeter 0-160A- 01 No, Voltmeter 0-500V-01 No and the cost shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
